I really wanted to like this shop because they were quick to answer my questions and their 3 day return period and warranty policy made me feel good about buying. Unfortunately, my experience at the shop was the worst of all the places Ive visited on my used car hunt. I came all the way out to Forest Grove to test drive the car I had vetted and was ready to buy and drive home. After finishing the test drive and looking the car over, I walk into the shop only to finally be sheepishly told that they were going to sell the car to some woman who had looked at it the day prior and apparently just shown up. As far as Im concerned, if you are letting me test drive a car, it should be available and I should be able to make an offer if Im interested. Instead, I wasted several hours of my night and was very frustrated and disappointed with the whole process. That kind of treatment makes me fairly wary about doing business with this dealer.

Very professional and courteous dealership. Calvin and Jeff took the time to ensure we made a good decision. Not once did we feel pressured to buy. Im not giving them a five-out-of-five rating for two reasons. 1. They could have been more flexible on price. 2. They could have taken some time to detail the interior and exterior of the vehicle before we picked it up. Either than that, we had a good experience. Id definitely reccomend these guys.

I would definitely recommend going here if you are shopping for a used car. They helped me get a Ford Ranger, which has been a perfect car so far with no issues. Jeff was super helpful and honest through the whole process, and no one was pushy like at other car lots. All the cars are reasonably priced, and an honest, patient staff is hard to come by at car lots. It is way out in Forest Grove, but it is well worth the drive!

After their efforts to correct my problems, I have determined that if you count the recovery time after I worked on the car, it is less expensive to have it done at Grove Auto. Dean did an exceptional job for me and I highly recommend Grove Auto.

Friendly experience buying a used bmw. Clean inventory. They offer warranty and all cars come with a complimentary 3 month drive train warranty. They have a shop to service cars so most are pretty reliable id assume. First oil change is free.
