Bad customer experience. I bought a battery a year ago and it died out on me. I brought it back they told me they needed to charge it overnight. I got it back and reinstalled it on my car. Went to Auto Zone to check and see if it was my alternator. They said the alternator is fine but the battery needs charged. Took it back to the shop and the worker said he doesnt trust Auto Zone and the battery is fine. Battery worked for a few more days and died again. It is still under warranty but they refused to replace it. Im now out over $200 when they could just swap out the bad battery and send it back to manufacturer.

This is a nice shop. Small business, just a few guys. Ive used these guys twice. Once they helped me out with the supplying contact points for my Toyota Tacoma starter. About $10, and a little elbow grease was a lot better than $90 for a replacement. Then, my wifes Mustangs alternator went out. The voltage regulator was $24 fully loaded with the brushes. Its about $60 at NAPA. Be warned, this place is more for the folks who know what theyre doing and know what they need. Dont come in there expecting tech support.

I placed an order for custom battery/ground cables and was told it would be a couple of weeks to get the cable to make up the order. I checked in with them every couple of weeks and was told the cables were still not in. After 7 weeks of this I called and was told they were waiting to get a bigger order in to reach the minimum order for the cable company. I canceled the order. What a waste of time!

Great place. Regular parts house wanted $150 for a reconditioned alternator but all I needed was to replace the bearings. Unfortunately the retail parts houses cant source them. These guys can get them and they have them in stock for like $10 cant beat that... If your a "fixer" not a "replacer" this is the shop for you.

Rex was more than kind enough to answer my questions both over the phone and in person. I bought the contact points and plunger for my Denso starter for my Toyota. Def will return with any future electrical automotive issues.
