We had $30,000 interior damage from a bad job done by Rite-Way. Even under warranty they didnt want to fix the leak. Their spokesperson Jeremy said he didnt care and didnt want to see the inspectors report. He preferred to argue and blamed our gutters. Eventually they repaired the issue but this company was very difficult to deal with and condescending. I was thankful that one of the three guys they sent out spoke English so I could talk to him about the problem. They got the leak fixed but we have no kitchen or cabinets due to mold. Lost a bathroom, carpet, and much of our family room due to mold in the walls from a leaky roof. See the photos. I wouldnt recommend this company. If you have an issue because of bad workmanship you may face an uphill battle. Its been extremely stressful.

After talking with a few roofing companies a family member recommended AA Riteway Roofing. Not one company compared to the professional attitude of Riteway. Donnie came to our home and the moment we started our conversation I knew this would be the company to work with. What a professional. He had great customer service skills and his knowledge left us with the reassurance we would be in good hands. There was a good size crew sent out to do the job and by the end of the second day it was completed and cleaned up. After the job we had a few questions and they were there with answers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a professional roofing job. We live in windy Troutdale and we feel good knowing our roof will be in place for many years to come.

In the six years since AA Riteway reroofed my house, it has leaked almost every time it rained. They would send out roofers to fix the problem and every time it related to the poor workmanship done at installation. The torch-down was not actually torched down in several areas so the seams allowed water to leak through creating problems with the insulation and stains on my walls. Since last Jan the office manager has either not passed on letters and messages or the owner has decided to not respond. They are now refusing to honor the warranty and I cannot get any help. My option is to have the job redone by another company and then sue them to recover costs... great choice. STAY AWAY from this company!!

Called Steve and asked him to come out and replace a few shingles and apply some moss killer. Was told by him that he would be out later in the week. Called Steve back 9 days later and asked if hed been over. His reply was " No, were really busy and moss control is at the bottom of our priority list." I asked if he was going to make it out at all, or should I make other arrangements. His response: "Maybe I can next week, youre only a couple blocks away, I dont know...." No thanks, Steve. If youre going to blow off customers, at least have the good business sense to inform them you dont need their business.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the AA Rite-Way team. Mike answered all our questions and put us at ease. We sought estimates from several companies and felt that AA Rite-Way the best choice. I am happy to say we were not dissapointed. It is refreshing to find a company that has good customer relations and a crew that is polite, organized and clean. They tackled the job and were done within a few hours. We will definitely recommend AA Rite-Way to friends and family.

we had aa rite way roofing come out to look at a leak in my roof. showed them where it was leaking they went up there for about 20 min. came back down and said they leak was fixed. he went on to tell me that i only had maybe 2 to 4 years lefted on my roof and that he wouldnt take any money for the fix of my roof, that just to keep him in mind when its time for a new roof. hopefully i can get enough money saved up for a new roof soon. i will be giving aa rite way roofing a call

Very good experience with this company. I had 4 bids. I am the type of person that does not always take the lowest bid. I factor in research, reviews online, certifications and the BBB. AA-Rite-Way was in the middle for bids. Jeremy was professional and explained everything his crew was going to do. Quality workmanship for a fair price. I had my roof replaced by AA Rite-Way Roofing for my commercial property in 2014. They did an excellent job. Work began at 8AM and was completed by 4PM. Before they left, they picked up every last piece of debris from the job. They also went above and beyond by putting my sign back on which they didnt need to do. It looks great, and Ive had no issues at all.

I recently had AA riteway tear off and replace my roof, the crew worked very quickly and did an amazing job! They also did a great job picking up afterwards which is important to me because I have a two year old that gets into everything outside that might be on the ground. Overall I am very happy with the price and quality provided to me. 3-24-11

I had them put a Roof on my Home 3 years ago..Best price hi quality The job was done fast with a very nice crew..They gave me 30 days to pay..I needed the work done fast for a refinance..I would give 10 stars if i could..Thanks AA and the roof looks great i will use u again in 20 years !

I called a lot of roofing companies and did a lot of research. This company had an unbeatable value and highly knowledgeable and informative representation. I ultimately decided to do the work myself as Im a carpenter. Next time I will just have them do it. Definitely give them a call.
