We needed some repairs done to our eaves, but after talking through the impacts, we turned a small repair into a whole roof tear off. It was the right thing to do and other roofers I talked to werent considering the whole picture. Maybe not the cheapest in the book, but the level of professionalism from Wade to Debbie in the office to their entire crew puts these folks into a class way above typical contractors. As a small local company, you get service you can trust and cant find anywhere else. A month or so after our new roof was installed, we had a leak during a record breaking rain event (third rainiest day on record ever) and had some leaking around the chimney. In retrospect, it was more the chimney than the roof but they sent a crew out immediately to get it covered, then came out a week later after the rain to build up the flashing considerably, and recommended a chimney/mortar specialist i could work with. Way above the call of duty.

Wade and Debbie Henkelman of Dial One Roofing run a 5 + Star Roofing Company! Wade gave us a very informative bid complete with a video explaining what we needed concerning our roof. We decided to go with their company and are very impressed with the outcome. Debbie kept us informed throughout the entire process with daily updates and e-mails, which was very reassuring. She was also able to help us with finding a reliable painting contractor which made our lives easier. Wade has a very competent and knowledgeable staff who were respectful of our property and friendly onsite. He showed up regularly to check up on progress and to do a final inspection. The roof itself turned out beautifully (if you can say that about a roof..ha) and it comes with a 50 year warranty. It really doesn’t get better than this. My roof looks wonderful; I really love the detailed treatment of the shingles on the hip and ridge areas. It’s been more than a year, and it still looks great. I had considered several other roofing companies before choosing Dial One. A friend (knowing that I was in need of a new roof) told me to check out a roof recently done in her neighborhood. I did, and was impressed, so I got a quote from Dial One. After comparing notes (not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive) I knew I was going to get a quality roof and quality workmanship. Wade did daily inspections, with good people working, and no cutting corners, they did it RIGHT! You know, my house really has the best looking roof in my neighborhood. My friend was right, I am glad I listened. Quality roof, quality work, fair price, it really doesn’t get better than this. Thanks Wade!

DialOne was the 4th roofing company I spoke with after realizing I needed a new roof immediately on my new house. Wade was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk with. He even used his iPhone to video tape what inside my attic looked like (tar paper dangling down everywhere) which I found to be very helpful. The quality of the work is outstanding. I am very happy with my new roof. It has rained and snowed since they did the roof (composition style) and I am pleased to report no further water has entered our home. DialOne did my neighbors house next door. It looks great, and had I spoken to her first I probably wouldnt have needed to talk to the other roofing businesses. I can strongly recommend DialOne to everyone.

Dial One Roofing is like a long term relationship. Wade & team do not disappear after the job is done. They check in periodically to see how our roof is doing. I even received a call during a big wind/snow storm to see if if everything was ok - 8 months after my roof was replaced. Big customer service. Attention to detail. High quality work. He quickly found the source of the water damage, and assured me that it could be fixed by replacing about 1/3 of the roof -- he said the undamaged portion of the roof still had a lot of life left in it. This was great news to me since most of the other contractors I spoke to wanted to replace the whole roof. Wade was gracious enough to visit us twice. He did a fine job examining our roof and was very candid with us: the roof was "still doing his job", he said, but gave it no more than a year or two. Fantastic job from quote to finish. I feel fortunate to have found a local company that met and exceeded all expectations. I just finished a kitchen remodel only to discover leaks from kitchen skylight and other places. Wade quickly came to inspect and provide quote. Within a week I had a new roof and skylights. The crew worked from morning till dusk and left the property completely clean :). As suggested by Wade we picked a color that really complemented our house when finished.
