I called for an estimate to replace my roof and was told it would be 8 days before someone could come out. Then on the day of the appointment, the person did not show up. When I called and asked where he was I was told that he was not coming out and was having someone else come out. I was also told that they would be coming out at noon instead of 10 AM. By 1 PM no one had called or come by and I again left a message asking where they were. I have not heard anything since. Very poor customer service.
