We have had a great experience with Pro Roofing throughout the entire process of replacing the roof on our house. Starting with the initial bid, which was competitive comparing to other bids from well known companies in the region. We went ahead with Pro Roofing based on recommendations from co-workers. The company representative was very helpful in providing all the necessary information and promptly answered any questions, even at the evening time or on weekends. We had a pretty bad leak in our old roof and as soon as we accepted the offer they came and covered the leak to avoid furher damage until the work started. The work started in about one week after the offer was accepted. The crew was very efficient and they completed the work in 3 days. They cleaned up thouroghly at the end of each day and at the end of the work. The quality of the work as far as I can see is great. When we compare our new roof with the roofs of our neightbors we see that our roof looks much better. The crew also fixed a mis-aligned gutter. Overall we are very satisfied with our new roof and with the experience of working with Pro Roofing.

ProRoofing has aggressively marketed in my SE Bellevue neighborhood, going door to door and using scare tactics to convince a half dozen of my neighbors into getting new roofs. They have started each project without a permit, despite requiring one by the city for the amount of plywood sheathing they replace, and do not respect the sanctity of our neighborhoods in any way. This is the worst - they are waking us up in the mornings, and keeping my two toddlers up every night an hour past the 8pm construction noise ordinance with the sounds of vehicles, heavy demolition, hammering, pneumatic nail guns, and constant yelling and swearing. One night, at about 9:15pm, I walked to the construction site and asked them to please stop for the night, but none of the workers spoke English, and couldnt understand me - I had to wait for a foreman to arrive who was bilingual, who blew me off. While I cant say for sure, I suspect they are using illegal labor, so hope there are no industrial accidents. If you believe the ends justify the means, then you can hire this company with a clean conscious, but I could never do so.

I have found Pro Roofing NW from Angies List (Highly recommended by other members). Rob came to my house did very careful and thorough exam of my roof condition, he explained the issues of why my roof was leaking, which made a lot of sense to me. Rob brought the roof material and explained what to select and the relational behind it. He is very professional and knowledgable. Rob went to roof and attic and spent more time to make sure that he give me the bid is correct. In the end, Rob provided me an all inclusive bid. I am sold by Robs knowledge and Pro Roofing NW companys reputation. The job started on time, the crew on the job are highly professional. They removed the old roof and installed new roof very quickly and clean up everything. They did amazing job. It was a raining day, I was happy they did the job in 1.5 day. After the job, they did very thorough clean ups. Everything is beyond my expectation. I am highly recommend them to anymore who needs a roof job.

Perfect. We noticed a leak after a significant rain storm. We arraigned to have a roofer come the following day but he didnt show up. He indicated he was swamped but promised to get to us before the next rain. About a week later I was scrambling because it was scheduled to rain the following day and the roofer wouldnt return my calls/emails/text. I started calling around and several roofing companies indicated that they couldnt get out to me until the following week and a repair could take even longer. Luckily I call Pro Roofing and they sent someone out that day. He managed to fix the roof by installing step flashing in the leaking area and noted a couple of other areas that could use some work. I received a follow up call the next day. They advised that there would be NO CHARGE for the repair and gave a reasonable quote on the additional work needed. I will definitely hire them for the repair work and for any future needs.

I would highly recommend Pro Roofing NE, Inc. for anyone interested in replacing their roof. We were preparing to go with a different company after a door-to-door salesperson came by with a bid. After some consideration, we decided we should take another bid - just to be sure. We looked at ratings and found Pro Roofing at the top of the rated businesses. They came to the house, gave a wonderful presentation, offered more options and came in with a bid that was about 50% of the initial companys estimate. They were able to replace the roof in a timely manner and did an incredible job. They were very professional from start to clean-up. Our cedar roof is amazing. One neighbor told us that he loves coming down the street and seeing our gorgeous roof. Thank goodness we were able to work with these amazing people.

Cant wait to start with Pro Roofing. I know its weird to rate a company before they actually do the work but I learned about Pro Roofing from my neighbors who both used Pro Roofing for their new roofs. We were extremely impressed with the way their roofs turned out. We also watched and liked the video testimonials they have on their website. We were also very impressed at the presentation the sales associate gave us. He was very thorough and we could tell he really knew his stuff. He even explained about how the trees by our house affect our gutters and the moss on our roof. Never thought of that. Were getting our new roof soon and cant wait to get started. We have quotes from 4 other roofers but none of them impressed us and we felt like they wouldnt work with our schedule.

Our new roof is beautiful. This was not a process we were looking forward to, but thanks to John, Leslie and the crew at Pro Roofing, it was good. We appreciated being kept informed by Leslie from beginning to end. John was amazing with his procedure for doing the estimate and then his explanation of everything to us. Was a good learning experience. We didnt feel it necessary to get the other two estimates we had planned, which we thought would waste their time and ours. I had researched all and was satisfied Pro Roofing was the company we should use. From the estimating process (quick, non-pushy & painless), to financing (one form to fill out), to actualy getting the product installed (worked with our schedule, done in a day & a half, cleaned up all mess) we were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Of all the bids we received, Pro Roofing provided the best value by far. Our new roof and gutters look great!
