If I could give a zero I would. Called on 12/14/2015 to have someone come out and look/repair a small leak from Sundays rainstorm. When talking to the individual that answered the phone they said they could have someone there between 7am and 8 am on 12/15/2015. On 12/15/15 at 8:20 am I called to see why no one had shown up yet. A different person who answered the phone said that she didnt think anyone was coming that they got a lot of calls yesterday afternoon. I asked why no one had called me yesterday to tell me the change in plans as I had arranged to be off work in the morning for their service call. She said she just got in and didnt know anything and would call me right back. I told her I had to take my daughter to school and to call my cell phone. An hour later I called back because I had not heard anything and was told no one was coming today. I voiced my displeasure and told them that I could have called any roofing company but had called them off of two of my friends referrals. I basically got an "I dont care" kind of attitude and she kind of snickered when I said cancel my appointment I will call someone else. Lousy customer service.
