The only reason I gave it a 3 star was because I think that my barber Danielle is amazing but I was there this evening around 430 there was a gentleman waiting while I was getting my haircut and my barber asked if he needed a cut and he said yeah a barber by the name of Sharon came and helped him the whole time he was waiting there where 3 barbers in the back talking about going home which is horrible customer service this was today on 10/26/16 but thats not the only problem on 9/20/16 I came in and had the manager Savanah cut my hair which turned out to be a horrible mistake she messed up my hair and as I was leaving asked if I wanted her to fix it I told her no it will grow back because to try and fix it would only make it worse to wich the owner did comp my next cut but then the manager Savanah had the nerve to say I went home and tried to fix it my self mind you my right hand which is my dominant hand I had just had surgery on and it was in a cast so obviously wouldnt be able to even begin to fix it myself and I had to travel to a wedding in California that way that is not what I would consider good management there is more but if the owner will reach out I will let them know the rest

My husband went in, asked for a hair cut, told the guy who was cutting his hair exactly what he wanted (down to what size/inch razor), and then walked out with a haircut he hated. I called in to ask if they would redo it because I wont let my husband spend money on a poorly done haircut, the woman was taken aback by me asking if they would fix it and with a rude tone said they would. Then when he came in, the guy who did his hair pretended he had never seen him before. I was in the restroom when my husband got finished up and when I walked out the guy who had been cutting his hair was making fun of my husband. When he realized I was his wife he looked at me and with a WHOLE lot of attitude said "yeah, hes done and outside." I cannot believe what awful customer service they have. I will be calling and asking to speak to the manager about this catastrophe.

The barbers in gresham is awesome! Especially savanah, Ive only been there once but I stopped in the day after I got a bad hair cut somewhere else and savanah checked out my hair and got right to work evening my hair out and giving me the hair cut I wanted in the first place, savanah even gave me a nice neck and back massage after my cut. My hair cut looks great and I only had to wait like 5 minutes from the time I walked in. The atmosphere is cool and the shop is neat and clean. Im definitely going back!!!!

Great prices and friendly service. They allow walk ins and their hours are the best to work with for a barber that we have found. Kid friendly and still a nice place to get "the works". Touch ups are free within the month which is an awesome perk too. They only do straight razor shave on the back of the neck though. If you are looking for a full straight edge shave go to Sams Barber Shop near 182nd which has a few gentlemen who have been in the business for years and has a more adult feel overall.

I went to this location a few times before and was not impressed with the staff. Too many smokers and it smells when youre getting your hair cut. However... I had Mya the other day and she was the best!!! best hair cut in a long time and did great on my beard too. I will now to her exclusively at this location.

Great barber shop: clean, well kept, great customer service and positive environment. I was in Gresham for work and I got my hair cut by Steph, she did exactly what I wanted and did it good. The bonus is getting your hair washed along with both head and shoulder massage. Ill be back here next time Im in town.

Very happy they are out in Gresham. Ive never had a bad cut at The Barbers. Always excellent barbers and friendly. They are also amazing with kids. HD tvs playing sports everywhere. Free popcorn and free soda. This one even has a pool table. They are running a $5 haircut special until July 5th

I understand waiting your turn but you folks need to improve your customer service. My 2nd trip there was my last. I recommend you greet your customers and ask them to sign in if thats your procedure, maybe mention the wait time. Good luck to you tho- no sarcasm intended.

They gave my boo a cut with blending that will blend in. You get a lot of extras with your hair cut package, like a vibrating shoulder massage , a personal shampoo and neck shave. The girls who work here are really nice and interesting .

Nice place with friendly staff. Pool table, popcorn, and soda available while waiting. Definitely oriented towards male clients. They never quite got my fiances haircut right though, however he has difficult hair.

Horrible customer service. I called in at 5:45 asking if I can get in at 6. They said "yes." I got there on time still had to wait 45 min until I walked out.
