We ate lunch at Panera Bread on 82nd. My husband had the Steak & White Cheddar Pinni, I had the Golden Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad. His Pinni was very good. However my Cobb salad was poorly made. Cobb salad is called Cobb salad because it is a composed salad first made by Mr. Cobb at The Brown Durby. Cobb Salad has components that should be included, such as, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, avocado, chicken with blue cheese dressing. I understand that it would come with Golden Goddess dressing, but this was NOT a Cobb Salad, with a dressing submitted. It has absolutely no blue cheese (or any kind of cheese) very little chicken, very little bacon (maybe 1 slice) tomatoes where cut into huge wedges, needing to be cut with a table knife and the avocado looked like someone cut it with a spoon. This salad was tossed not composed. A composed salad is laid out in an orderly manner, which is quite beautiful adding to the dinning experience. The service was good and the restaurant tables and floor were clean and tidy, there is where I give the stars.

I stopped in at Panera Bread in Clackamas OR. I ordered like normal. I believe it was ella? Who took my order. I remember the heart next to her name on her nametag. When ringing me up she asked me my name, reached out and shook my hand and said its nice to meet you Marc. I have never had that happen in any restaurant. Whether it be McDonalds to melting pot. Almost every job Ive had requires me to drive all over the western half of the US, and have made thousands of stops for food and never has that happened before. A simple hand shake with a smile has me writing a a review 3 weeks later. The best customer service with great food like always. Thank you

I ordered and paid for rapid pick up for a bagel and half a salad. I arrived and they let me stand there for 15 minutes, with absolutely no recognition that I was waiting, before I went to the counter and asked about my order. They say "we didnt have the bagel you wanted the salad is right there." They had kept half my order behind the counter with absolutely no effort to find me and fix the issue. So, instead of using the contact number I provided when ordering to call and tell me they didnt have what I ordered, they let me stand there wasting my lunch break until I actively looked for it. Probably wouldve let me stand there all day.

Ordered Chicken Noodle Soup and a sandwich. Customer service was great however, the soup looked and tasted like one from the can. Their were about 5 very small pieces of chicken, the amount of noodle was pathetic ( pasta no more than 10 pieces, 3/4 inch long). There were more carrots, than the ingredients mentioned on its actual name "CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP" and it wasnt even hot as if they only microwaved it for 1 minute. If you like can soup, order it from panera bread. If not, dont get it here even my wife ordered clam chowder soup and it looked like it was watered down. You can buy everything else here but DO NOT buy soup. Thanks

Got two chicken salads and all of the lettuce was wilted and the bread was hard as a rock. Just while I was telling my girlfriend of the gross salad, the manager, Lindsey, came out and screamed at an employee for taking a "40 minute break" while I saw the employee sit down about 10 minutes ago. She proceeded to scream at him in the kitchen while 4 families looked around in awkward disgust. A terrible managed establishment. Will not coming back here thats for sure.

Panera bread has consistently top quality baked goods, sandwiches, soups, salads, and coffee. The staff at the Clackamas Town Center location are always prompt and courteous. This has become a favorite spot of mine for an early morning breakfast on the weekends, but they have a terrible time keeping coffee available on quiet mornings.

If you want your food in the evening, forget about getting a bread bowl. They are always out. I took to ordering in advance online, but when it was time to pick up my food, they were still out! They got this order hours in advance and they didnt save a single bread bowl even after I had paid for it. Very frustrating.

Closed WAY EARLIER than posted so my date night was ruined. Online, it said Clackamas Town Center for the location, and it said CHRISTMAS EVE HOURS were until 8pm. It did not say that christmas eve may effect hours. It said that these were their holiday hours. Thanks a lot panera.

Rip Off! Ordered a tomato mozzarella panini and received a wheat tortilla with 2 slices of tomato, an area of a .5 x .5 in of mozzarella and a bunch of lettuce. Horrible! Tomato soup was lukewarm. Progresso Soup is so much better. The cost... $10.00 of RIP OFF!

Not very well put together, they messed up my order twice and didnt really care either times. Seem too busy to pay attention to a costumer with any sort of personal aspect. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

Great as I am used to from panera but to find parking was hard on a late Saturday afternoon. Location is great near a lot of shops. Nice outdoor patio.
