My favorite pizza location, period, simply because they make pizza the way pizza should be made - PACKED WITH FLAVOR! It starts with a thin crispy crust, which even when loaded with toppings, can still stand strong. Next, a proper amount of rich, slightly sweet sauce - countered with a flavorful salty cheese combination. As for the toppings… oh the toppings… they should be called ‘Flavor Bombs’ – because that’s what they taste like. Yes, I’ve used ‘flavor’ too much already, but honestly that’s what pizza is about. For example: If I’m going to consume all these calories, then when I order a Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom and Pineapple pizza, I want BIG Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom, Pineapple, Cheese, Sauce and Crust flavor… I want to taste each layer, each ingredient, individually. I want the pizza to be so flavorful that you could take smaller bites and still enjoy a mouth full of Flavor Bombs! This is what Round Table Pizza does, they deliver flavor. Many other companies produce a pizza where the ingredients blend together into a bland monotone mush – you can see the pepperoni and cheese, but you can’t really taste them. As for this specific location, very clean, very friendly staff, huge salad bar and pizza buffet for lunch. The manager Tyler runs that place like a well oiled machine. Even during a busy lunch hour, they’ll listen to and fulfill my requests. There are two other Round Table locations closer to my house and when I want pizza for dinner, I drive past them both and head to this location – it’s more than worth it.

We visited this Round Table tonight for dinner, probably around 4 P.M. When we walked in, no one was at the counter and when the assistant manager, Tyler walked out to help us the phone rang. We had been waiting for help but Tyler chose to answer the phone and told another worker "Take that, will you?" pointing to us. We ordered a medium pizza, 2 salad bars and two drinks. When we got to the salad bar, there was no lettuce and Tyler said he would refill the container. I noticed there was quite a few other empty containers on the salad bar in addition to the lettuce. When I asked if they were going to replenish the whole bar, Tyler said, "I said I will get you lettuce, What else did you want?" I asked about the empty containers and he said they dont fill those any more. The bar has 40 containers, 7 were empty, 3 had the same shredded cheese, and two had the same meat. The ranch dressing was empty and so was the croutons....We paid over $6 a piece for this salad bar (including tax)....The restaurant was dirty and well in need of make-over (this is not the employees fault)...The food was poor and not worth the money and the service was terrible. I would never tell anyone where to eat but we will never return...There are so many choices for dinner, we will choose elsewhere...

I wish I could give them something better but they do not perform well for me to do that. The charge way too much for toppings and hardly put enough on; just sprinkles. Pay up to $6 more just to get sprinkles. About 80% of the time, they never get my order right. Even if I include it in all 3 or 4 spots where you can leave comments for them. Then when I do call, because they forgot something, I have to wait 2+ hours for them to bring it!? Why? I ordered first and you messed up. I go in the front of the line; thats how that works. A customer should not be put in the back of the line and be forced to wait while everything goes cold because of your mistake. I have to note, their ridiculous excusses that i dont care about because they are not my problem. They said, "the guy is new." Okay well what about last month? Was he new then? Or, "our system doesnt make it easy for us to see the notes." Sounds like you need a new system. Either way you are not doing the basic job you a required to do, which is complete an order. Ive done it so i know you can too.

Great pizza, eat here regularly. would recommend the pizza / salad bar. Service is good, friendly. Place is clean. Only complaint I have - Round table Pizza publishes coupons regularly....BUT if you want a drink - you cant use the coupon basically you have to buy the drink separate. If you read the fine print on the coupon - said nothing about this. Had several exclusions on the specialty pizzas - which personally I think is a sham - they offer a coupon...But then dont honor the coupon 20% of meal is how the coupon reads.....to me a Meal - is food, drinks, salad, desert, whatever. I just feel they are mis leading the customer - offer you a coupon to get you in the store - then dont allow the coupon because of what I ordered. 20% off meal means 20% off meal....dont mislead customer with exclusions. Other than the coupon thing, I would highly recommend Round Table Pizza - Very good food

Hazel Dell Location.You should not have to decide to tip or not upon ordering,should be done after your meal and service. It wasnt that busy and they had more than enough workers.For us,we ordered a large pizza and bread sticks.They brought us the pizza and no breadsticks, said something and then they brought them.Then ask about the dipping sauce we were supposed to get,and the worker seemed miffed about it and took her time bring it to us.Our pizza had very little to no sauce.Workers seemed more worried about socializing than doing thier job.Then waited several minutes at a counter for a to go box with no works in sight or on the floor,too busy socializing in the back.This is why you should have customers pay/tip after the meal/service.wont be getting my business again.Ridiculous.

Unfortunately this may have been my worst experience at a restaurant ever. My family has eaten here for years, and it has been great. Now, unbelievably bad service. Waited 1.5 hours for order made in the store and it never was made. No manager on duty. No bartender the entire time. Multiple other customers requested refunds and left because of the wait too. Staff seemed to not care at all, made excuses for everything, and barely offered an apology for the wait. I have never said this before, but service was so poor I honestly would have closed the store and fired every single employee. I am sad to say that will not recommend anyone to ever eat here unless some major changes are made. Maybe the owner will read this and bring back a wonderful restaurant.

Tonight I called and ordered a large Marvel pizza. I specifically called this round table because we have been there many times and loved the pizza everytime, but tonight I had a horrible experience. When I called at 5:45pm I expected to wait a bit because its Friday. So my husband went to get the pizza and after waiting in a 20 min line, he was told that they didnt have my order. Which I found strange since I knew I placed my order (over the phone) So I called and they told me that they would look up my order, he then put me on hold for 2 minutes and when he came back on the phone he said "well the only thing I can say is that it may have gotten mixed up in this huge order we just got, you have a great night."
