Company spends more $ and energy on marketing and obviously none on training their employees on how to and how much food to make. I have had three employers fire their own kitchen staff to have this company come take over, and the net results has consistently been higher prices and lower quality.

Ingredients/Bon Appetit Management/Compass- Group, needs to quit extorting money from Mom and Pop food type operations. The Mom & Pop food carts dont need to be managed by a GREEDY global company. They need to be left alone.
