I cant say enough good things about Company Tonight and Rick. When we first met Rick we had really lofty ideas for our wedding with a pretty average budget. But we found we really appreciated his aesthetic and sense of style/presentation. For the first time, it seemed feasible to pull off a fantastic meal at a price we could actually afford. He seemed to grasp what we were looking for in our wedding, both from a food and music standpoint. He put together a great menu based on a few adjectives we threw out (Northwest, seasonal, creative, etc) that was exactly what we were looking for at the wedding. Rick was always responsive, professional and thorough with all of our needs that came up throughout planning. At the wedding, the food was very high quality. Im still hearing about how great it was from our guests. Company Tonights staff was professional, upbeat and really a pleasure to work with. They actually seemed like they were enjoying themselves, which I think really contributed to the fun and festive atmosphere at the wedding. In addition to seriously bringing it in the food department, Rick got the party moving as our DJ. The tunes had everyone dancing and singing by the end of the night and nobody wanted to leave, including Rick. Seriously, if the bus of our guests didnt have to leave, I think he would have kept the party going all night. I would use Company Tonight again in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This review comes much too late, but I had to rave about our experience with Company tonight Catering. Rick and his team catered and provided Dj services for our 150+ wedding this August. The two things my husband seriously cared the most about for our summer wedding was, we wanted everyone to have great food and amazing music. We chose a menu from suggestions of his and his online menu and it turned out to be absolutely amazing. The combined package of the DJ and catering service not only saved us money but also a ton of stress and time! He kept us informed of last minute changes that occurred, from even having to do a last minute wine and beer run after we ran out earlier than expected. His staff and him were friendly, professional and so much fun! The DJ contacted me days prior to the wedding and had a great selection of music that kept people dancing throughout the night. I would recommend Company tonight catering for any event from large to small, and wish I could enjoy Rick’s food on a daily basis!

"The food was fantastic," said multiple guests. "Those date things were super good," described one guest who enjoyed the tasty Gorgonzola stuffed, Bacon wrapped Dates. Those compliments alone let us know we made the right choice in going with Rick and Company Tonight Catering. Rick makes you feel at ease with a low key first meeting. After walking away with our estimate, we compared it to the three other quotes we had and it was clear, Company Tonight Catering was going to give us the most for our money. Communication was never an issue. On the day of the wedding everything came together. The settings looked great and the staff were all very friendly. We ran out of beer way too early in the celebration but that was not an issue as a staff member went out and purchased more. The complimentary DJ kept everyone dancing. So, if youre looking for fantastic food and service plus a great DJ, all at a reasonable price, Company Tonight Catering is the way to go!

Company Tonight did a wonderful job of providing ALL items required to serve a large 60th birthday party at our home with wonderful horderves. He gladly met with us to sample some of his offerings. I am one that requires good commuications between people I am requesting services from, and Rick of Company Tonight was always quick to communicate and keep you comfortable. He showed up with everything necessary, glasses, food trays, granite serving stones...all I provied was my oven and microware. Rick slowly prepared and placed out the horderves, in perfect amounts as the company arrived and socialized, knowing not all would be present for the early choices available, leaving a varitiy of chocies throughout the night. When the party food was gone and Company Tonight had removed and cleaned any remanence of their existance, we invited Rick to stay and enjoy the company as we did him. Good fun, good service and a good value!

My husband and I hired Company Tonight Catering to provide services for our wedding of 130 guests and we could not have been more thrilled! We met with Rick months before for a complimentary tasting and ended up both stuffed and very happy with how delicious everything was. Company Tonight served our hors douerves and salad, and bartenders provided beer, wine and cocktails for our guests with impeccable professionalism. The DJ was also provided with their service and he contacted us days before to be sure he could provide us with the music selection we preferred. He was spot on with what we wanted. Our guests raved about the food and everyone seemed happy and satisfied. I cannot say enough great things about Rick and his company. My husband and I cannot thank Company Tonight enough for helping us make our special night so wonderful.

My now husband and I had had a few interviews with some different catering companies for our recent wedding and we were often UNimpressed whether it be with the approach, menu, attitude, or cost nothing ever seemed to match up. Then, we met Rick at Company Tonight Catering and everything just clicked. He was super helpful when it came to any details or questions I had and truly has a passion for delicious food and wonderful service. Rick pulled our wedding together from the first minute to the last. His attention to detail and easy going, professional, warm, friendly, fun, and do anything attitude was a delight before, during and after our wedding. All I can say is THANK YOU for the delicious food and perfect service. I highly recommend Company Catering to anyone for any event you will not be disappointed.

Rick and his team were great from start to finish. From the menu planning and tastings, to the work on the day of, it was excellent all around. The staff at the wedding worked really hard and provided excellent service to all of our guests. We really liked the family style set up of the meal, and so did our guests. I think it made things much easier vs a buffet, and wasnt as complicated as doing a plated meal. The food was really amazing. We had flank steak and salmon, and everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. I loved everything, and 3 months later, people still tell me how good the food was at my wedding. I still think about the fried chicken bites! I highly recommend Company Tonight, they are excellent value and really great service.

After a HORRIBLE experience with the View Point Inn we hired Company Tonight for our small wedding at the Vista House in the Columbia Gorge. Rick of Company Tonight handled our tables, linens, and place settings. All of it was great! Rick and his staff handled the time constraints and all the special issues that arise when you are having an event in a historical building professionally and with class. Everyone raved about the food and nobody could stop talking about the hors doeuvres. Everything was excellent and all of our guests were well taken care of by Rick and his staff. My wife and I would be quick to hire Company Tonight again and would encourage anyone looking for a caterer to check them out.
