I usually receive good service and good food here. However, my most recent experience was dissapointing. I stood at the counter for several minutes and there were several people behind the counter and no one asked if I had been helped until another person came along and asked. I placed my order and was told it would be under 10 minutes. So, I waited in my car, came back after 10, no sandwich. 10 minutes became 25 mintues and there were only two people in the restaurant. My sandwich, when it came out, tasted undercooked, even the cheese was not melted and it was barely warm by the time I got home. They were training new staff when I was there, but as a customer, I would have liked to be attended to first.

Had a wonderful meal from Chic Le Chef this evening. Julie, Richard, Mario and company do all the work and you get to take home a very affordable home-cooked meal to enjoy at home. Always pleasant to deal with these folks, definitely one of the things that makes Hidden Valley Lake so special. Thanks Chic Le Chef!

Delicious and wholesome dinners to go. I usually order 2 times a week or more. I go on and on about this place to relatives in bigger cities who have nothing like this. So glad they are in middletown(hvl)! I really like that they are on facebook and post what they are making for dinner.

This place was awesome! Delicious food, and great, helpful staff! Reasonable prices as well. They also provided delivery of flowers from a florist. Highly recommended for your next event!!

I have lunch delivered every Tuesday from Chic Le Chef and am never disappointed--always fresh, tasty and interesting! She also offers great classes for kids and adults!
