We were very excited to try out this new location but were very disappointed after going there last night! The service was slow and unfriendly. No attention to detail. We are very familiar with Chipotles serving sizes and menu from other locations that we frequent quite often. My sons chicken salad had NO chicken in it! Our serving sizes were much smaller than from other locations. It was so little food that it was a joke! I had to ask for more salad as my bowl was truly pathetic! The small amount of chips and half empty salsa cup should have been free! I paid extra to get literally a hand full of chips, what a joke! Either get it together or lose our family as customers forever.

Way over stuffed my burrito and put an extra tortilla on it for me. Friendly service. I come here once in a while and theyre always great. Only complaint is they wont let you buy chips and queso. The employees say they stopped letting them serve sides of cheese because of how unhealthy it is", but they still serve nachos which is the chips with the cheese ontop? also The Brown rice is usually hard... I dont know if thats because its overcooked or under cooked but its hard to eat.

First off, theyre skimpy with the meat...and im not even one who likes a lot of meat on my food so thats saying something. Second, dont expect your online order to be ready on time. The girl working the online order loves to say "Oh were getting the supplies, or theres others in LINE ahead of you"... uh we order on line for a reason. I dont mind going to the olympia location now! They also cant fold burritos. They fall apart.

The rice is always crunchy and undercooked, some of the meats are dry due to sitting out, letus was actually frozen. There are a handful Of chipotle restaurants in the area. This one happens to be the most convenient, however, the quality of food seems degraded or prep is severely hampered by the personnel. Either way, Tacoma and Olympia both run a tighter ship.

We go to chipotle at least twice a week in lacey.We love it and all the staff are so nice and make you feel welcome that your there.They are always wiping the tables and counters.You will never leave hungry and if you want more just ask for it they will give you more.We are so glad they came to Lacey

This place is consistently good. The restaurant is clean. I get the carnitas because, who doesnt like pulled pork on a burrito? No, its not real Mexican food, but who cares?: its fresh and delicious. Get the phone app, and sign up for text coupon deals to get free food and gauc.

I come here almost every weekend, healthy and great quality food (cant beat that)! They will fill your bowl or burrito up with toppings!!! The staff is very polite, and fast. I do recommend asking for a sample of the rice because sometimes it can be a little hard and undercooked.

The foods good and the line up is like Subway but with burritos. Love their guac! The staff can be nice but it depends on who is working the line (I like Kathleen, shes always nice and reliable). Overall, great place to get a bite to eat without spending too much on a burrito.

Theyve really done a good job with this location. Friendly folks and tasty food. Theyre willing to try some custom food orders when its not busy. And unlike the Olympia Mall location, its not so awfully loud. They have good outdoor seating, too.

The food is good, but i would be remised to overlook the fact that journalists could bring to light evidence that chipotle causes gum and throat cancer, and the very next day people would start shoving burritos up their asses to get their fix.

Good friendly service. The usual Chipotle quality I would expect. However, the portion sizes are smaller than Ive had at any other location. Especially with their meats. The outside seating is quite loud due to its proximity to Marvin Rd.
