Well were sitting here cause we ordered takeout. While we were waiting me and my husband were going to order a couple beers. We walk up to the bar, wait for the server who is pouring a pitcher of beer for the only other table in here to turn around and greet us..... Never did. Another guy came in to order a beer. Nothing. She walks away from the bar never saying a word to us and walks to the back to do.... Who knows what. The guy that came in after us goes to the back and says "hey can we order a few beers" she walks over pours him a beer turns to my husband and I and says "you want anything?" Uhhhh yeah..... Ive served for the passed 4 years and have never seen or done anything like that before. Never left a bad review in my life and usually defend servers. This girl was a joke. Not to mention we were sitting here drinking our beers and she says "are you gonna cash out now or wait for your pizza" uhhhh I think Ill cash out now. She swipes my card tells me to sign the copy. I am drinking my beer watching the game on tv and she again says sign the copy.... Ok. I signed the copy. No tip. I cannot believe you let someone with such horrible customer service work at this place. Oh and forget ordering a second beer.... She disappeared to the front and started texting on her phone..... The pizza is the only reason Im giving this place two stars. Because it looks delicious. Havent tasted it yet. If we come back we will definitely remember not to get her as a server.

Ordered the Special family dinner for $ 39.99 last night. Comes with 12 chicken wings, 2 large pizzas. Order was expected at 8:17pm. At 8:40pm I called and asked, "where is my pizza?" The guy who answered the phone carl or craig said he went out 20 mins ago. I said, "well, I only live 2 miles from your store, so do you know why it is taking so long?" He said he probably had other deliveries he was dropping off first. No apology, no empathy at all. He could care less that it is 20 minutes late. At 8:50pm the guy finally gets here. I asked, what gives? He said that they ran out of chicken wings and had to take them off my order?? How did that have anything to do with taking 30 minutes to deliver my pizza late? Pizza was cold, I didnt have my chicken wings. If I didnt like their pizza more than all the other deliverable pizza places I wouldnt order from here again. Poor service, good pizza - even cold. I dont know about the chicken wings though, since I didnt get to eat them, I report back next time I order.

The told me twenty minutes when time is really precious. 50 minutes later my pizza was ready for pick up. This is terrible service and this is after they gave me credit for my whole order when it caused us to feel sick, i had food posioning and an upset stomache for a day. Keep doing business like that and pizza hut, no just joking i wont sink that low. But flying pie gets my money next time. Its unfortunate. The pizza is 3/5ts of the time or 3/4 of the time pretty good. Oh and thank you very much its not even hot because apparently you forgot to make somehing which held you up for getting us my order. I really genuinely have a huge project and only limited time. Manager thought saying sorry was enough. Nope. No business from my family or friends anymore, no mentions no recommendations. Waste somebody else time like its nothing. Treat me like my time isnt valuable. Im really pressed for it, this is terrible timing. Very upset!

What can you say about Round Table? Well, for starters, its better than 90% of the pizza you can get anywhere else. Period. The franchise has been making the exact same pizzas for 40 years now, and it is real pizza. If you cant tell the difference between Round Table and Dominoes, Godfathers, Pizza Hut, Pappa Failures, and all that other garbage pizza out there, then you lack the ability to discern quality. This particular location is charming because they have all the original franchise artwork up on the walls; the campy Camelot-themed cartoons from 40 years ago. Great pizza, great salad bar. Tuesday nights are a family feast not to be missed, and the lunch buffet goes until 2 pm I think. Do yourself a favor and eat a real pizza for a change.

This place is one of the more common chains you will see here in the North West. Its grouped in with the typical Pizza Hut, Dominos, and other similar places, but it shouldnt be. Round Table is quality pizza. Instead think Godfathers or Bellagios. Round Table has been one of my favorites for a while and its because their recipe is unique to the others. You can taste it. Ive had a lot of luck with this location providing great flavor and quality consistently. Only once or twice have I noticed that the pizza might not be as "crisp" as it usually is. This place has never been late or over the 45 mins it usually quotes. Its not cheap pricing, yet not as much as Godfathers and Bellagios. Its just solid pizza. Give it a try.

I went here on 08/15/12 at 2:02 PM. I asked if the lunch buffet was still availible. The guy behind the counter smirked at me and started swiveling on his hips and said "Its 2:05" and motioning toward the meager remnants of the lunch buffet that were drying out under a heat lamp he said "Thats all there is, I cant make anything for you." He did this with a grin on his face as if to say "Hah Hah, I dont have to do anything for you, you cant make me...Nah Nah". I had my kids with me and they were a bit disappointed. I was inshock as it was the first time in my life that id gone into a restaurant and was refused service because they didnt feel like doing anything.

Lunch buffets is where its at. So Im adding to my original post. I have been in customer service for 15 years started in the pizza business and now its different. How ever the level of customer service I have experienced this evening from start to finish; was AWESOME!! The delivery drivers are awesome. Some of the employees may have their first job, others maybe experienced. My point is, that; I love food and I love customer service. You have all made my evening, our evening. Im so sad that we will no longer frequent this location due to moving.. We love you all and thank you so much. KEEP ON KICKING A.. AND TAKING NAMES!!!!

Wow, I ordered a pizza at 12:30 in the afternoon for a 7pm delivery. At 7:30 I called to find out where my pizza was and was informed that no deliveries were being made due to weather. Manager lied to me and told me that they tried to call me 4x. WRONG! After I told him that was not true, he blamed it on the fact that someone dialed the wrong number. You have lost a loyal customer , and I will be giving negative feedback on every site that I can find. Unbelievable! Store #315, Beaverton Oregon , manager name Israel
