We were wanting to try out Panera after seeing numerous commercials on TV so we packed up the kids and headed to the closest one we could find...Boy I wish we stayed home. Upon entering there was a line to the front door, should be good there are a bunch of people waiting here. Once we made it to the register we found the menu to be slightly confusing as we the host had to explain the take 2 options and how what we will actually receive with it. After paying nearly 50.00 for 2 lunch specials and a kids meal we went to find a table. We got our lunches and Coupon for a pastry upon exiting. Next we grabbed our seat just to find out that the Lemonade that I ordered is not taken to your seat but you have to go into a separate line to get your drink....OK, not the worst thing that could happen, my confidence is still high since the place is busy and we just spent more on a family lunch than we had in a long time. When the lunch arrived I thought that there must have been a mistake my Adult lunch consisted of a 1/2 panini and cup of soup which I dont even think that it would satisfy my 2 year old. The panini was consumed in 6 bites and the soup (Mostly broth) was finished shortly later. My wife had a similar situation with her plate and suggested that we go and order another lunch for the 2 of us. I quickly said that we will stop at McDonalds or something similar on the way home because this meal cost way too much for what you get. All is not lost though as we still have the little coupon for a pastry. As my wife cleaned up the kids I went to get a pastry and asked the pastry chef behind the counter if I could get the Cinnamon Roll and Oatmeal raisin cookie....She indicated that she is the baker and Ill need to talk to one of the hosts so back in the line I went. By the time I got through the line for the 3rd time now the Cinnamon Rolls were gone and when asked if they would have more the host indicated that they would need to contact the manager for permission to make more and they wouldnt be ready for 2-3 hours....2-3 hours to make a cinnamon roll (Cinnabon can do it in like 5 minutes). We left broke, hungry and disgusted from this establishment. Im sure not all experiences are the same and I hope that others have better ones but I will say that for my time, money and effort this place is the worst.

I specifically say one star for this location because the costumer service is awful. Ive been in 3 times and every time was one thing or another. The second time I was in, there was no one in line besides me and it took 5+ minutes to be helped because the cashiers were too busy joking around and talking about very inappropriate topics. The third time, the cashier was extremely unhelpful and while a line formed behind me, no one came to help him, but I saw several people standing around. When I spoke to the manager, she was rude and not helpful, she wouldnt hear my complaints and continuously spoke over me to make excuses. I will not be going back to this location.

This is my first time at Panera Bread. Honestly, the food was not bad. It helps that I was very hungry. But I have to comment that I received very poor customer service. Douglas took my order. He did a number of things wrong: he didnt ask if I had a Parera Card, he didnt ask if Id been in before, he didnt allow me to ask any questions, he didnt allow me to check for allergens from what I ordered, he spoke too quickly so that I had to ask him to repeat himself more than once, and he shoved the plate of food at me. Later, my sandwich was slammed on the counter by the sandwich artist. I can say without doubt I will never return.

The food at Panera is very good. Of course they are known for their sandwiches, which are certainly above average in quality, but this location can get ridiculously busy during lunch time. I have seen the line going out the door, and it often feels as though there is not enough seating. Its not uncommon for people to hover in the dining area while waiting for a table to open, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Because of that, I recommend coming here for an early or late lunch to avoid the crowds. Also, I think I remember hearing that they have free wifi.

Um yeah no. So I ordered a chicken salmon Caesar salad with a apple and a bowl of french onion soup with baguette. Apple missing. Salad is not Caesar but some citrus vinigar thing with oranges on it. First off the gal who took my order was staring off into space and asked me three times if it was to go. When the order was ready I told the fella it was to go and he acted like I called his mother a tramp. I do not recommend this location unless you stay on these people and make sure your order is correct and that they are not on Mars for the day.

Its a standard Panera with standard quality food. No complaints there. It took way too long for anyone to acknowledge that a line of customers was waiting at the counter. The cashier kept assuming I wanted things to go instead of offering me a choice, and when the line died out, three employees hung out in the dining room being generally loud and watching videos on someones phone. Pretty sure only one of them was clocked out. Overall, I cant recommend this location for service or atmosphere on a Sunday morning.

This is a great place to grab a bite to eat, and read a book. They have great soups and equally good sandwiches. My only complaint is that for a bakery their pastries are always...always overly dry. Leaving them all out in the open makes for a good display but the air seems to dry them out.. its a shame because it ruins what would otherwise be some good stuff. Other than that one quibble though this place is great.

We visit regularly between 6p-7p. 90% of the time they are "out" of bread with the meal. Panera bread, out of bread? They are clearly cutting costs and stopping baking bread after a certain time to reduce spoilage costs. Bogus! They need to adjust their operating procedure. Corp office needs to be made aware how store managers are cutting costs and impacting brand image.

The staff was friendly and warm. Speaking of warm, I sat next to the fire place.. a very unexpected perk especially with it snowing outside. I ordered the pick 2 ( cup of soup & 1/2 sandwich) 1/2 Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT Sandwich & a Cup of the Turkey Chili. Everything I ordered was perfect for the rather chilly & snowy afternoon.

Great restaurant, everyone is nice and friendly. During our time the speakers were playing smooth jazz which made you feel like home. Their food is amazing, but the cookies are to die for. I dont know what master cookie maker they have but its so amazing i might cry. The sandwhiches were a little bland and dry but the bread is great.
