Wow! Terrible service and haircut from Tiffany... Absolutely avoid her at all costs. Brought my just-turned 2-yr old son in to get his haircut (Ive been getting his hair cut at least once a month since he was three months old, so hes used to it) and she butchered his hair. I said short on the sides and back and just a little bit off the top because I wanted to keep it longer. She had other ideas because she proceeded to cut it way too short and uneven. To make matters worse, she was actually condescending and patronizing.......to my son!! She kept sternly telling him to move his head and that she couldnt cut his hair if he didnt look in whatever direction. I couldnt believe it! I wish I could adequately convey exactly how her tone was but it was ridiculous. At one point, I had to remind her that he doesnt actually understand what shes saying. She could have told me or handled it in a completely different way. She was defiant until the very end too, refusing to apologize and possessing a righteous, "theres no way, I did anything wrong" attitude. It was disgraceful. Worst haircut experience Ive ever had and I will never be back to that location as long as she works there.

I being going to this location for 4 years, you get the occasional "bad haircut" but with in the last year they keep getting slower and slower. Yesterday I went in around 6 pm ( the worst part is the waiting area is behind them so as time goes by you see all the talking and no cutting) this guy was almost done but 35 min of taking later, the shoulder massage begun, I time 11min and before I expressed my opinion I left, for good. Need counseling?go there, need a professional haircut place? Bad place to go.

Great place to get your haircut. All the people here are great. Patrons are usually men and the interior is setup for as such with tvs all over the place. One unique thing I like about this place is that they provide complimentary sodas while you wait and have a popcorn machine. Very nice touch. The price is great too since it starts at $16. You can spend a bit more and get the Works which includes a neck message. Its so worth it.

I asked the lady if they did line ups and she said yes. I proceed with the conversation and ask how much for just a line up and she tells me its $18.95 for a haircut. This was the second time I called and the first time when I asked for a line up she replied with, "like a line?". Cant trust a barber shop that doesnt know what a line up is

They were packed, and 6 employees were cutting hair... one employee offers a wait time before i have a chance to just leave, she said 20 minutes and i left after waiting well over an hour... they must all break together as well, because as they finished, they disappeared... guess ill never know as i wont be returning

They do a great job for me. Ive been going there for a few years. They cut my hair and my two boys as well. (They dont cut ladies hair). You can call ahead and add your name to the sign in sheet to help expedite your visit there as sometimes they get pretty busy, even though they always seem well staffed.

Laid back atmosphere, friendly, and no complaints about the quality of the cut I get. I stop by this location or the on in the Portland airport about once a month give or take. The price is great for what you get, and if you just need a quick neck cleanup / straight razor shave you cant beat it for $2!

I received excellent service, from a friendly barber. They offered to do a straight razor shave of my neck which is something that many places no longer do. The haircut was efficient and the price was reasonable. Will return.

I went to take my sister in, she just wanted the back of her head shaved a bit and they declined her because shes female. pretty sure that isnt legal. Just because you cater to men doesnt mean you can turn women away.

Great barbers..like seeing the same staff since my first cut 8 years ago.. havent been dissapointed once...free clean ups are a bonus esp when you need to look your best between cuts
