I took my nieces prom dress into Elite Cleaners for dry cleaning. Spray tan had gotten on the dress over a year ago. My oldest daughter wanted to wear the dress for her prom, so it needed cleaned. There is very delicate beading all over the dress, from top to bottom. When I received the dress back I could not believe my eyes! The dress came out AMAZING!! They did an awesome job! The beading was intact and the dress was back to its original color. I recommend Elite Dry Cleaning!!

I cant believe the womans temper. Not only is she unprofessional, she ruined my dress!! I cant believe how she acted when I brought it to her attention! I will tell everyone I know how horrible this place is! Not only was I friendly, and attempted to nicely point out her error, she took it wrong, and went off in front of my children! Well, I told her I would leave an honest review, so here it is! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR CLOTHES RUINED!!

I had a zipper put on a coat a few years ago, the price was a little higher than I wanted but I wanted a super strong zipper which put my cost up, but I was willing to pay extra for it. The woman was very pleasant and knowledgeable of exactly what I needed.

I am a long time (15 year) customer of Elite Cleaners. Ive always been completely satisfied with their work, both for cleaning and Alterations. They cant be beat for the convenience to the Monmouth/Independence community and quality work.
