I had a custom satin/silk robe with marabou trim. It had gotten some red stains on the train and I figured I would bring it to get "professionally" cleaned thinking that they would know best. First, the lady that "greeted" me was very rude. She basically told me that they cant treat garments with feathers and that they would be ruined. Actually, she first pawed at my garment trying to figure out what it was. She then asked me if I would ever wear the particular garment again. What kind of question is that? Why would I want it cleaned if I never intended on wearing it again. I then asked them if they could just treat the stains to prevent the marabou from possibly being ruin, they said no. The basically offered no solution, no guarantee. They were going to charge me $45 to wash it and most likely ruin the marabou. They didnt even ask what the stains were caused from (red stains on white/cream fabric). I left, googled how to remove the stain, spent less than $5 and COMPLETELY removed the stains myself! Obviously, they dont deal with couture items and have zero customer service skills. If you want something done right, do it yourself.

On their ad it specifically mentioned "if you bring it in at 11am it will be done by 4pm same day" I walk into the shop and I honly ave ONE item to be dry cleaned and she thought I was crazy for asking. I dont get how a place that doesnt get any business, does not have 20 min to dry clean one thing.

I have been going to this cleaners once per week for the past five years. They always greet me by name and they always treat me very well & if I asked for same day and Im there before 11 AM I get same-day. They will have my business for as long as I live in Southern California.
