Absolute terrible service and quality. My letterman jacket is ruined thanks to this poor workmanship. The cleaning job left the jacket worse than when we dropped it off a month and a half ago. I just knew we should not have done business with them the moment they said they were going to outsource.

I am a slow learner and went back twice. I agree with the other review. Very expensive. In my defense the second time was for ripped pants. They did in fact repair them, but I should have shopped around.
