This is a very clean business, the staff are very helpful. The first time I used this laundry mat I used the double load machines and I noticed there was soap on the window of the machine was done ,after drying the clothes they felt a little stiff. The second time I washed clothes there I used soap pods and didnt fill the machine as full,there was still soap on the windows when done. I decided to wash again without adding soap and could not believe the amount of soap in the washer. I told the attendant and she agreed to wash a third time without soap and still there was soap in the machine. I would have to say that the rinse cycle on these machines does not work.In total it cost 57.60 to wash 8 loads of clothes 19.20 to wash and 38.40 to get the soap out.

I took in a $280 sweater for a quick spot clean and the drycleaner FELTED IT!. The whole point of drycleaning wool is so that it DOESNT FELT. When I brought it to their attention they told me that it hadnt felted at all and then they acted like it was my fault for bringing it in to them??? I could clearly see it had felted(I even measured it)and shrunk significantly. The only thing worse than their drycleaning is their customer service. They didnt even offer me a refund! If you want your expensive sweaters felted and furry..Mac cleaners is the place for you!

Paying through from out of town. Came here with quarters and a debit card. Had to walk across the street to an ATM to get cash because you can only pay for the machines with something called an "easy card" which costs a dollar and can only be purchased with cash. Very inconvenient payment system. No attendant on duty to help with any of this and we ended up wasting a whole $15 trying to figure the system out. No number posted to call and get a refund. To be fair, machines were clean but not worth the visit.

Very nice place to go. They have free coffee/tea and snack machines, which our son loves. Comfortable seating and huge washers...They also have wash and fold service, which I havent seen since we lived in NY years ago. The whole place feels like the owner put some thought into it to make going to the laundromat a more pleasurable experience.

This is by far the nicest laundromat Ive ever used. Its clean, has plenty of machines that you dont have to use a truck load of quarters on, plenty of comfortable seating, free coffee and VERY helpful employees! Makes me wish I didnt have a washer/dryer!

I am here every week. I have to bring my 19 month old toddler with and the staff love her. She likes to explore but didnt get into anyone elses things so they dont mind. Their machines and facilities are well maintained.

Wow super friendly staff member Linda was such a big help. She is very informative, friendly, and the way she keeps the place is UNBELIEVABLE! Truthfully this is the nicest laundry mat I have ever been too!
