UPDATE 8/19/2017: I disputed the cost with my bank and he wrote back to the my bank saying, and I quote" Whats wrong with the dress touching the floor a little bit?" This man HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS! DONT COME HERE EVEN IF IT IS COST DEPENDENT! I dropped off my wedding dress to be altered and steam cleaned. They gave it back to me incomplete with things still needing stitching, took off my strapless hanger straps and used pins which left oxidized stains. The dress has a stain on it, so they did not clean it or treat it with care. I dropped it off for them to fix it and went shopping. I asked them to add my hanger straps back and they said there as no evidence of hanger straps, ON A STRAPLESS DRESS! I reluctantly left my dress there and went shopping. I didnt have a good feeling about it and went back to get my dress. When I went back, my dress was hanging out of its bag, touching the floor!! I was appalled! I went to get my money back as I had to go to another vendor to FIX their mistakes and pay MORE money. They wouldnt refund my money because I didnt give them the chance to fix their mistakes. ARE THEY SERIOUS!?! They had my dress for 15 -20 minutes max and it was treated poorly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS PLACE!

Dropped off a down comforter to clean..gave me a date when ready..but was not ready when I went to pick up. I asked to prepay but he accidentally charged me $345.00 which he initially denied. I since had the charge reversed and paid the standard $35.00. The next day the comforter was picked up but it was not mine. I returned it and was subsequently given 3 separate comforters but none of them were mine. The owner insists that one of them was mine. This has been occurring over 2 months. He has never reached out and contacted me on any occasion..I have been the one who had to continue to call and go to his store to try and locate my quality comforter. He just recently hung up on me and was unprofessional due to the fact that I said I refused to take someone elses belongings home as myou own. He has not yet returned my comforter or reimbursed me for payment. I am following up with BBB and other avenues to resolve this.

Worst place ever! Stained and oxidized my daughters wedding dress using pins in a sleeveless dress that was turned to them with a special hanger. When asked for a refund they didnt and asked to get the dress back to fix their mistake. Not in a thousand years. Already began the charge reverse process to get my $200.

I dropped off 2 dresses on a Wed and was told theyd be ready on Sat. They werent ready but I was told they would be ready Mon am. I came back Tues am and was told that they hadnt been pressed yet and asked to come back in 2 hrs. I was offered no discount for the inconvenience of having to come back 3x.
