Yes, you can drop your stuff off before 9 a.m. and they will have it done the same day. And it is cheap. You may want to stop and ask yourself before allowing these folks to go anywhere near any of your garments- are cheap things normally good, are good things normally cheap? I have had several absolutely horrendous customer service experiences with this company. If anything out of the ordinary happens, say they damage, lose, or fail to do something with one of your garments that they said that they were going to do, and you want to have a situation resolved, you will get absolutely no help from anybody who works there. The attitude that I received was the exact opposite of a willingness to help. This was after speaking with a franchise owner, who was at one of his other locations out of state, after submitting a complaint through the Zips corporate website. This is the only way that any sort of ball will begin to roll regarding resolving a customer service issue with this company. The people at the store level say whatever they can to get you off the phone, or out of their face if you go in to try to get something resolved. You will not receive a call call back, and on the happen chance that you do receive a call back from a manager without it turning into a big production, and if you do, you will most likely be insulted by the resolution that is offered. Oh we damaged your garment, we lost your stuff, etc- so we are going to go ahead and do two pieces for you at no charge. Really??? Thank you so much for the four bucks. I would not tell my worst enemy to take a snot rag to this place for cleaning

$2 is TOO MUCH for nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but they lost a silk BCBG shirt for two MONTHS and I came in multiple times for it-looked in the back myself for it-wasted gas giving them paperwork on it, and they kept telling me to come in-the claim wasnt done right...meanwhile, they found it (dirty) and it was a redo (2nd time!) with simple milk drip marks on it. The manager-Carlos-told me to take it home and wash it in cold water and that I could clean it myself---What did I pay YOU to do??? I told them I should get my $ back if Im cleaning it myself, he told me he has to pay people in the back (so NO REFUNDS_EVER) to clean the items-well, they arent actually cleaning my items, so why should I pay them?? NO WONDER YO U PAY UP FRONT--if you waited to receive items to pay-you would realize they didnt deserve the $2 for not touching item in the first place.Seems harsh-but i picked up multiple items in a row, and they werent clean, (literally crusty food on a coat from my kid--yet I could scrape it off with my finger nail--that wouldnt come out??) Took it home each time and just cleaned it myself (after various "re-dos" they offered to no avail!!) If I pay to have them clean it-and leave with marked clothing, and go home to do it myself, why i am paying the "people in the back" to do it??? Thanks CARLOS for the suggestion, Im going to KEEP my $, and DO IT MYSELF!!!! Giving one star b/c they wont let me give ZERO!!!!

I have been using zips dry cleaners for the past 2 years. Mostly because of the cheap cost and proximity to my home. The first bad expierience was when the lost one of my Brooks Brothers shirts. They explaned to me they had one month to find it. 45 days later after many attempts to reach the owner she said she had found it. When I went in it wasnt my shirt. It was 3 sizes to small. She ened up paying me for the shirt and provided some credit for free dry cleaning. This time 2 of my shirts got ripped in the same exact location. The fore arm of my sleeve. When I brought them in the night manager informed me that there was no way they could have done it. I dont believe them as they were both ripped at the same spot. She informed me the owner would contact me about it within the next 30 days because she was busy with paperwork. I asked if paperwork was more important than the customer and I was informed that indeed it was. I cant believe I was told that. Still waiting to hear from the owner. This is the WORST DRY CLEANER EVER. Cheap cost does not justify the horiffic cusomer service and damage to cloths. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!

This place is TERRIBLE!!!! I took in some items dirty, 4 pants and 4 shirts. The pants came back with railroad tracks on them!!!!!! 4 different pleats on the front! The shirts came back with more wrinkles pressed in them before I dropped them off. My wife spent 10 min per shirt correcting them, then she jokingly asked me to pay her a 1.19 per shirt. This place is a joke, I have no issues with pre-pay, but I gave them my check card, and was denied, because they are a cash ONLY business. The attendant was rude and very inhospitable to a potential longtime client. I shouldve read the reviews on here about this place, seems that the ONLY one review on here that is positive, seems bash a competitor while ALL the others are terrible. That wouldve made me think otherwise about going ZIPS- Thanks for opening my eyes about the old adage "You get what you pay for"

If only I read these reviews first, I would have never went to Zips to get my expensive white down comforter dry cleaned. First, I brought my comforter in and had to leave because I only carry credit card. Then, when I had time to go to the bank to get some cash I finally went and payed the $20 to get my comforter cleaned. Picked it up a week or so later and was excited to get it back on the bed when I got home until I realized that it was returned to me with multiple stains of many sizes, rust colored. It looks as if the edges of my expensive comforter got caught in a dirty machine of some sort. I tried to get the stains out to no avail. Luckily the stains are only at the bottom of the bed and on the edges. I do not trust this business and would never recommend it to anyone! Absolutely horrible experience.

I was using Hong Kong Cleaners and they did a good job but it was more expensive and frankly I get the same results with Zips. Maybe a little less personal but I dont care about that I care about cheap dry cleaning and thats what I get. Simple. Do you get a broken button from time to time yes. Did I get that at other dry cleaners....yes. However Hong Kong Cleaners fixed them when I pointed it out. But that is the only difference that I noticed. I have never had a redo from Zips yet and I scrutinize my garments. As for the F rating from the BBB, they are not a member thats why the F rating. I have found the BBB to be a joke anyway. The BBB protects bad merchants and its a way to hide poor merchants dealings, they simply join and get better ratings. BBB is useless. The F from them I see as a good thing!
