I have read a previous reviewer and felt same way! I have been having problems in the last one month, they delivered some shirts late even though picked up same day. I was afraid they lost my husbands shirts. It happened twice, no follow up call or anything. I called them and left messages many times, but theyve never called back. Very unprofessional. Also, they didint give me a discount which they are advertising. Delivering system seems convenient, but you have to be careful not to lose your garments. And until I get a call back from someone (still waiting) its difficult to know who to hold accountable...the delivery person? The branch? The head office?

This company may care about the environment, but not your clothes. After two bad experiences, I am seeking a new cleaner. First bad experience was a simple button on my jacket. They didnt sew it in the right spot or orientation (the button has a design and they are all in the same orientation). The second bad experience was a simple cleaning of a French cuff shirt. They didnt fold the cuffs right and the collar point was poorly ironed so that it had a glaring wrinkle in it. Simple things, yet they still didnt do them right.

This used to be a good service but it has severely declined. They lost my clothes. After finding them, my jacket was completely ruined. I called the main office who referred me to Ken, who is supposed to manage these issues and after several phone calls and emails, he has not made any efforts to contact me back to reimburse me for my damages. Went through a month and a half long fiasco of tracking down lost clothing items during their transition in ownership. Service has declined since then...They used to be amazing, but definitely not the same now. Finally got my shirts back (after they swore up and down that they didnt have them) and barely received an apology from them. After this happened, they seemed to be passive-aggressively punishing me for my persistence by downgrading my garment bags every week.

Ive been a happy customer of eco dry cleaners for 5 or 6 years, but here recently Ive not been pleased. They delivered my clothes yesterday and more than half of it is missing. One of the shirts that did make it back has a fresh new stain front and center. Im not hopeful about finding my missing items, based on these other reviews. Im awaiting a return call and will update if the situation is resolved.

I am ready to find a new dry cleaner after Eco once again forgot to pick up my dry cleaning. I have been using their pick up and delivery service for more than two years and in the last two months, they have missed my pick up after I sent them the usual email requesting a pick up. Im done and now looking for a better dry cleaner that actually does what they say. Not worth the money for this service!!

After using Ecos services for 2 years I will be seeking a new dry cleaner. They lost a pair of my husbands dress pants. I called 4 times no return call. I stopped in and talked to a woman she guaranteed the manager would call me that afternoon. No call! Finally got a hold of someone she said they would send a check in the mail to cover the lost pair of pants. As of today no check!

I quit this service several years ago because they lost my clothes...recently, they took my clothes meant for another dry cleaner, did not contact me and I had to call them to track them down. Now they have failed to deliver them for over a week...

Do not use their service. The service is horrible and they lost a pair of my pants. They do not return calls.
