Beware, this place has horrible customer service. They damaged three of my shirts, and the manager refused to take responsibility. The manager wouldnt even return my call. Several weeks ago, I noticed that one of my shirts had a hole in the collar, right where the collar folds around the hanger. I dropped the shirt off at this location on October 8, and the clerk was very friendly. She said that she would send the shirt to the manager and that I should expect a call after 12:00pm the next day. Noon came and went the following day. Then, another day passed. On Friday, I decided to call the store to check in. I was told that a message would be sent to the manager again. While I was waiting for a call from the manager, I noticed that another one of my shirts had a hole in the same spot and a third shirt was damaged. This was quite upsetting because now three of my shirts were ruined. Then, one week after I dropped off the first shirt, I received an email, which Ive included below. The email stated: ----------------- Good Morning, I apologize for taking so long on getting back to you. we went through your shirt that is damaged (small tear on collar) and we wanted to let you know that it didnt happened during the cleaning, we always treat garments as it says on the care label.. shirt is worn on collar where the folding edge is so we assume it is from washing it so many times so it is a manufacturer defective... what we recommend is to take it to the manufacture (DKNY) and ask for a replacement/reimburse depending on how old the shirt is. we are going to send the shirt back to you. . . . -------------------------- I couldnt believe it. I was irate. The manager never called me back. As the email states, one of the shirts was DKNY, the second was Michael Kors, and the third was Benjamin Sherman. These are not cheaply made shirts. Moreover, they are all damaged in the same spot. Whatever process, machinery, or solvents they use, something at Eco Drycleaner damaged my shirts. Its simply unbelievable that all three shirts suffer the same manufacturing defect. Ive posted pictures of my damaged shirts so that you can see them for yourself. I used this service because the delivery was very convenient. However, I always thought that they were expensive. Now that I know how terrible their customer service is and how poorly they treat the clothes, I am no longer a customer.

These people need to be shut down I had used Eco a number of times without issue. Then I dropped off a silk comforter (expensive!!) along with my clothing. When I returned several weeks later to pick up my stuff, the comforter was missing. I got a call the following day telling me the comforter was sitting in a plastic bag and moldy. I know I did not drop off a moldy comforter, and letting it sit for weeks in a plastic bag sure didnt help. I asked them to please clean it... and several weeks later the same story. Went to pick it up, no comforter, no one knows where it is. I called several times only to have no one return my call, or to say theyd get back to me and then never would. Long of the short, here I am 4 months later and they tell me that they have now returned the moldy comforter to the store for me to pick up, but "dont worry we wont charge you". !!!!! How about owning up, taking some responsibility and helping to replace it! No, instead they told me it was my fault, that they had tried to contact me after the comforter had been dropped off to tell me it was moldy and they wouldnt clean it (never happened because I didnt drop off a moldy comforter). Between letting my comforter get moldy in their store, claiming it was my fault, then dodging calls (for months!!) and promising to get back to me repeatedly.... do not use these people or you will wind up with lost or ruined items and a company that will take zero responsibility.

I ignored the bad reviews of this place and unfortunately I should have listened. I had to drop something off after work and this was one of the only places open after 6. It was the day before new years eve so I wanted to get it in before they were closed for the next couple of days. I had driven by this dry-cleaner many times, and a client at my work had said they used them, so I took a risk despite the bad reviews. It was close, convenient, and I wanted to support their "eco" business... but I paid for it. TERRIBLE customer service. The girl working there didnt even say "hello" when I walked in but, instead, angrily demanded my name. She didnt ask me any questions, seemed mad the whole time (especially when I asked questions!) and was just flat out rude. When I came back for my coats there was a different girl working there. The 2nd girl was significantly friendlier but she seemed like she was in a rush to get me out of there. When I got home one item was fine but my white blazer was totally dirty. It had a little note pinned to it that said they "tried and tried" but couldnt get it clean. It didnt look like they had tried even once to get it clean. I am mostly to blame for ignoring the warning signs but I will not be back and I hope others will listen to this and all the other terrible reviews.

Wow, where to begin. I used Eco a couple of times without issue, and the third time they lost two expensive work shirts. I called them regarding it, and the first lady I spoke to said they were delivered on a specific date, and I asked her to look into it and call me back. She never did. I called back, spoke to someone else, who told me that according to their system, she couldnt even verify that they were delivered. She told me she would talk to someone, and get back to me about possible compensation. Again, no calls from them. This is where it gets almost comical. They dont answer the phone when they see its me calling, no matter what time of day I call. I originally left two messages, explaining that Id talked to them, and was following up, and wanted to get the shirts back, or at least compensated for them. Losing your customers clothing is one thing, then dodging their calls is just a joke. Go elsewhere!

Ive been using Eco Drycleaner for 5+ years, from before they changed their name. They deliver and pick up twice weekly to my doorstep. Ive never had a problem, except a couple of times when they took a week to clean some things instead of half a week. Their special service form lets you request repairs and alterations - theyve done hems, repaired buttons, replaced zippers, patched holes in sweaters, and more. Ive had nothing but good service and good customer support. Its a bit expensive, but worth it.

We have been using Eco Dry Cleaners for at least 6 years. We have never had an issue with damaged or lost items. While the girls in the store arent the friendliest, we use the delivery and pick up service. When we miss replying to the email for pick up in time and have to call, they are always courteous and make exceptions to get our dry cleaning picked up! They always pick up on time and they always deliver on time! We are happy customers.
