Today the "Greenland Cleaners" shop at 439 Center Street in Healdsburg, next to CVS, charged me $28.80 to clean and press four (4) dress shirts. I was expecting to pay around $8.00-$10.00, which is fair market pricing. I simply asked for normal shirt pressing on hangers with medium starch for the four shirts. But somehow they took it upon themselves to hand iron my shirts for a fee of $6.95 per shirt. They did not ask my approval, and gave me no indication they would go to such great lengths or charge me such an outrageous fee. I strongly suggest that you never refer any business to them in the future, and that you ask your friends to boycott their deceptive and dishonest business practices. Please tell everyone you know in Healdsburg. The chinese guy that owns the shop is incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and just is a down right jerk. His business should not be supported in any shape or form. Do not purchase services from Greenland Cleaners. Thank you for listening.

I took my wedding dress to Green Land the day before my wedding in perfect condition to be pressed. When I picked it up it had little black marks all over the cream silk. I was treated rudely by the staff and completely unprofessionally by the owners who "swore on their childs eyes" that I had put the stains there. I know that I didnt and the owner became very belligerent when he came back into the store to look at the dress upon my insistence. Ray and Fatima were rude and aggressive with me in a way that was totally inappropriate. In the end they botched my dress and were completely unsympathetic and unprofessional. Dont EVER take anything of value to them as they are not responsible or professional.

I typically dont write reviews but Ive been coming to Greenland for 2 years and it has been my "go-to" spot. Ive been very pleased with the "extra" services they provide to go above my expectations. I typically get all my pants tailored here alongside my premium dress shirts. The quality of cleaning is impeccable compared to the other cleaners in the Healdsburg and even Windsor area. Honestly, this dry cleaners meets all my requirements: - Clean & press clothes well, no chemical smells - Same-day service - Friendly service with a smile - Quality, reliable, low-stress alterations, done well I highly recommend you try out Greenland Cleaners

I checked the condition of a sweater when I picked it up, and I noticed that it had not been well cleaned. The sweater still had lint on it, and the underarm smells had not come out. When I asked for a refund on the sweater, as I was leaving town and could not wait for them to try again, they refused. I was told that the condition of my sweater was "my fault." Finally, after an all-too-long discussion, they conceded to giving me a half-refund. The service and treatment I received at this business was atrocious and highly unprofessional. I will never bring my money back, and I would counsel anyone else to avoid Green Land Cleaners.

Strong recommendation for Greenland Cleaners. My wife and I have been taking our dry cleanings to Greenland cleaners for years, and were very happy with their quality service and price. Give them a try. I dont think that you will be disappointed. Thanks!!
