DO NOT GO HERE! I read the other reviews and chose to ignore them because I was recommended Skopil’s tailoring work. First of all, my pants were not done when they were supposed to be. They were hemmed but still wrinkled. Second, I went into the store 6 times and they had my suit for 2 weeks! The workers in the front of the store have absolutely no idea what is going on. I talked to two of them and neither one of them can answer a single question. There is no continuity between the seamstresses and the front desk. I talked to one seamstress on the phone, one or two times, once she stated that I would not be charged because things were not finished when they said they would be. I had a presentation in front of a Colonel so I needed my suit. She left multiple messages saying she was “very concerned” that I get my suit, yet it took 2 weeks. I went in to pick it up when it was ready and they tried to charge me $45.00. I said I would not pay for it because of all the reasons and that it was not fair. That same seamstress came from the back and literally laughed out loud at me and said “oh yea?!” and I said definitely because I need to take it too another place to rehem my pants (they were too short). She said I had to pay for the cleaning and I agreed and then the front desk worker just said “just forget about it” and they both laughed (out loud) in my face! And the worker just said, “Have a nice life.” On top of it all, I tried my jacket on at home, and the buttons are wrong! You can see the strip behind the lapel, and now I will have to pay for that to be fixed, too! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaners. I went against all the negative comments and decided to go, HORRIBLE DECISION. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! Just plain, horrible business! Men’s Warehouse is going to be fixing my suit, I’ve seen their work and it’s excellent! I deeply regret not going there in the first place! SERIOUSLY, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! (i have pics of the horrible work they did!)

I got a quote of $65 and then they tried to charge me $325. I took a wedding dress I borrowed from DreamDresses for my wedding. I took the dress in to be pressed and possibly cleaned, they gave me a quote for $65 and they told me it would be probably be less. They called me and said they couldnt clean it without chancing losing some of the seed pearls and messing up the lace but they could press it. I said Dont clean it then, I dont want it ruined and I could hand clean any spots, just press it. On the day I was supposed to pick it up, they started calling my house before 8 am. They said they didnt have room for the dress and I needed to get it now, I got three of these calls. I went to pick it up and they said I owed $325. I said no, I owed less than that, I was told they had decided it could be cleaned and they tried to clean it. So I owed $325. I said no, I had said dont clean it. The girl told me If I didnt pay it, then they would keep the dress. I finally got my dress, but they threatened me and my uncle. I called the owner and he was more belligerant than the people who worked there. I will never use them again. And the dress, is missing about 1/5 of the seed pearls and sparkles, and this dress was loaned to me. I feel so bad.

They ended up giving me a wrong shirt, made me drive to the other location to pick up the right shirt way accross town. And kindly asking if they could pick up the bill for it they guy argued with me that I didnt "deserve" a refund. Unbelievable. His name is Zach and he was very pompous, rude and so full of himself he was completely oblivious to how customer service works. In the end though, its too bad because with his attitude he will end up no where in life. Would highly recommend you go elsewhere because they could care less about you when and if a problem such as a very simple one gets handled by this company.

I dropped off my Banana Republic trench coat and blazer on Monday (its Thursday). The total was $26. My trench coat was considered a special care item. The presentation of my dry cleaning was nice when I picked it up. Everything was ironed and buttoned neatly. My only complaint is that the leather buckles on my trench coat were damaged despite my request that they be extra carefu and cover them with foil before they were cleaned (thats what the care instructions recommended). So besides that, I am happy with my service. I will probably go to another cleaners before I come back just to compare.

Ruined a custom pillow and would not reimburse me for even half of what it cost for the fabric. The owner was extremely rude and did not care to offer any compensation.NEVER NEVER NEVER take anything there that you do not want ruined. WORST DRY CLEANER IN EUGENE

Great place, fair prices, and good customer service. Gets the job done fast. Will warn you if there is any chance of your clothing getting ruined, and will compensate if needed, but generally always gets the job done with no problems.

This is my go to dry cleaner. They do a nice job and I like the fact that they dont use harsh chemicals.
