I am posting this on behalf of my neighbor who had this experience..............".We took a 4 1/2 year old Cabelas jacket in for the removal of a small jell ink stain in the bottom corner of the breast pocket. We said do whatever you need to do to get the stain out if you can. My husband felt the stain was too unsightly to wear the jacket in public but as it was a favorite and expensive garment he wanted to keep it. He wears this jacket only occasionally (two to four times a year) and it was otherwise in new condition. It came back from Master Cleaners completely destroyed as the owner of the cleaner had had an accident with dye remover she used and bleached out several large areas of the jacket. When asked to reimburse two thirds of the cost of the jacket she refused and only gave a no fee as her payment for her mistake. The jacket cost $189 new we asked for $125 to cover her damage from being careless and causing the jackets total destruction. We could have saved the jacket by simply sewing a small embroidered patch over the pocket stain if Master Cleaners could not remove it.and there would be little harm done. But since the owner discolored so much of the garment, from the front breast pocket outward to left body area with streaks on the front and back of the right sleeve to a spotted collar. We sought help from a consumer advocate group and they attempted to resolve our predicament and Master Cleaners offered $12.50 for the jacket. No, do not use Master Cleaners, they may do good work even most of the time but they refuse to own up to their responsibilities when their carelessness destroys an expensive garment and become very hostile when they are asked to do so. We will see them in small claims court! Its the principle now that matters."

I cant say enough great things about Master Cleaners! I have been using their cleaning and tailor services for 4 years. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by my name and a smile. Their customer service is seriously the best in town - those ladies go above and beyond to help you. My clothes are always returned quickly and in pristine condition. In this day and age where customer service tends to take a back seat to convenience - it is refreshing to go somewhere with friendly and fast service, as well as a true focus on the customer. The day my babys favorite blanket got a small rip - they even repaired it on the spot! Whether you need pants hemmed or a dress cleaned, I wholeheartedly encourage you to visit Master Cleaners. This place is fantastic!

To help with any confusion, Master Cleaners is NOT located near Van Buren, or 8th street. It is on Highway 99 To the left of Putters, and next door to Burrito Amigos. They also close at 6 oclock on the days they are open. Google has this information incorrect, but I hope this comment reaches peoples eyes before they call and inquire as to the location. Helper Brock!

I been taking my clothes here for about a year. Im so glad I found them. They do AWESOME work and are always happy. A couple of timestheyve told me they might not be able to clean an item, but it always comes back spotless. And repair work is nicely done. Im happy to pay them to do what I cant.

I have a $250 dollar parka on which the double zipper broke. The repaired for $14.00. Turn around was a week to two weeks which is pretty standard for this work. They were friendly and helpful. I had other parkas zippers repaired before in IL and it took longer and was more expensive.
