This cleaner switched my down comforter with another. I noticed the mistake in the store. The owner, Jason, claimed he could tell there had been no mistake by watching his security tapes. Seeing the footage, there is no way to see the white-on-white differences by camera, though they are apparent in person. I asked them to contact the customer it could have been switched with. I have no knowledge if this was ever done or done effectively. The store claims they contacted the customer and there is no mistake. This whole process has taken nearly a month, during which time I have not once received a call with an update of progress or offer of a solution. I finally called again this morning. Jason still refused to acknowledge his mistake. He even swore at me over the phone! They keep offering me the comforter in the store, which is perhaps my biggest complaint. It is not my property, nor is it theirs to give me. They lost my comforter, and are essentially trying to steal from another comforter to appease me. On the phone, Jason told me, "That is your damn comforter and that is my final stance!" Clearly, there will be no solution to this problem, and I have lost hundreds of dollars to replace the item.

Terrible. I dropped a hunt coat off to have a button reattached. I came back and paid for it but when I looked at my coat, the button was still missing. The lady was then EXTREMELY rude to me and said I needed to come back later that night to pick my coat up. I had to leave the next morning for a show. How simple is it to reattach a button that Id brought in WITH the coat ? Never had a problem with any other dry cleaners... just this one. SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !

I get my cleaning picked up on Mondays and they are always very helpful. I dont know about those other raters, as we have always had good, polite service. We chose them because they dont use all of those horrible toxic drycleaning fluids.

Ive used these folks for years, mostly for mens shirts, but occasionally for bulky items such as blankets and sleeping bags. They have always done a good job. Always on time. Never lost anything. I highly recommend them.

Took two blankets in to be cleaned (comforter and blanket) Was not ready when they said it would be, and then when I got them home spots still on the material. Also very expensive. I would not recommend this cleaner.
