The girl working the day that I was there was less that attentive when there was a problem with the card machine and then again when one of the machines did not spin out all the way. She was chatting up her friends it seemed and then right before we left she would not let me use the restroom, said she had already mopped. I live 40 miles from town and that seemed a bit over the top. Also I had forgotten a load of towels in one of the machines and called the next day. She went to look for them, when I called, found them and said she would dry them and I could pay when they were picked up. Two days later went to get them, said she hadnt had time to dry them, Lol, it had been over two days. The employees name was Rayna, I think that is the correct spelling and because of her I will be using the other laundromat in town. Its a shame because I really like the big machines at that place. If i were her boss I would at the very least talk to her and put her in check before she loses more business for the place. In my opinion people with positions like that should go out of their way to make their customers happy. The other employees have always been great. Too bad one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch!

This is the cleanest, neatest laundry I have been in.. All newer equipment well maintained.. 2 flat tv screens along with a childrens area with TV... Free internet access, free coffee along with nice stocked snack stand. Lots of folding areas and plenty of machines in various sizes.. Seems to be priced below competition in Shelton.. Also no quarters as they have a card system and even refund balance on card when your done.. Staff was very friendly and attentaive..

So tonight we pulled up late, we hadnt been aware that last wash was at 8:30pm, and as we were reading the times, the employee who was working started glaring at us, even though we hadnt gotten out of the car, and making gestures at us. She then pulled out her phone, and seemed to start calling someone. We were there for less than a minute.

They always have at least one staff member available. You use a card that you put money on. They will cash it out for you anytime you like. Therefore if you put $20 or $30 on it and one week later you need five bucks for gas and you only used $15 the previous visit. They will cash it out and give you your five dollars.

This is the only laundry still in business in shelton. I recommend highly recommend this place. Pros: Free payment card, Place is clean, Doesnt smell, All machines working. -1 star for bad parking (parking lines would help greatly). And inside feels unfinished in areas.

They even do laundry for you if you need that done. Awesome staff. The parking does suck but you can find spaces. The drag would be carrying yr stuff from the car. But its only a small annoyance. Good machines too.
