I took in a a pair of pants to be repaired and was totally shocked to see how they repaired my pants. I had put a small "L" shaped tear in the bottoms. We took the pants in and asked them to patch the tear. It was a clean tear so we figured they would put a patch in so to make the repair invisible. What they did was to do a heavy cross stitch with a bright green thread on beige pants. You could have seen that repair in the dark from 50 yards. It looks horrible! I told them I cant wear those now. We told them to keep the pants and do what they wanted but they are ruined now. This morning, we find a $5 charge on our checking account. We were not aware of them having our card on file but we are shocked at the charge. Its not so much the amount but the principle of being so ignorant in repairing the pants and then making a charge that is not authorized. Curious how they got our card number and how is it being stored? NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!
