I went there 3 times and every time they messed something up. I kept retuning because I wanted to give them a chance to improve because mistakes happen. They are also on the way to my work, which was very convenient. Here are the issues I have had. They put a crease in to my regular black pants. I did not tell them to do so. I thought it was obvious that they are not dress pants. An other time one of my dark shirts was covered with those shiny spots that occur when ironing. Do I really have to tell them how to iron shirts??? I honestly can do a better job. The last time they ruined tow of my shirts. I told them they can do regular laundry, so when I got them back the colors just werent the same anymore. I have no idea what kind of aggressive detergent they use... You would think for that price they would do a better job... They are not gonna see me again

I recently had a couple pair of my pants altered by them and I would say I am very satisfied with the quality of work and time it took. They were very fast with the alterations and I had my pants back in a matter of a couple of days. I would caution that they are a little more expensive then I would like; but they are faster and more professional about it then most other places in the area.

Not only they dont do such an amazing job, I simply cant believe how rude these people are . I have never ever in my life seen anyone that I have done business with being so rude.

This place is way over priced for how lazy of a job they do with the cleaning. They were also rude when I came to pick up my clothes. Never coming back.
