Im pissed. I took my $300 BCBG dress here based on a friends recommendation. Should have known by how cheap it was but I dont get things dry cleaned often so I didnt really know. I paid extra to have it done the same day. My dress looks EXACTLY the same, every tiny stain is still 100% visible except theres new fraying and a weird ripple! Im going to try and clean it myself at home now. Just really dont have the time before I leave for my trip which is why I paid someone else to do it. Do not take your expensive pieces here they do not handle with care

I will never take my clothing to this place again. They lost my clothing, when I went to pick it up they told me sometimes it takes a few weeks to find it. Then they told me they gave it away to the wrong person, who of course has no phone number or address on file. They gave me a total run around and I would not recommend this place to any one. The owner didnt deal with the problem professionally either.

I had a very positive experience here. I design costumes for theater and recently took a great many costumes into be cleaned and was very happy with my experience. Some of the clothes had jewels attached and they came back in perfect condition. The clerk helping me made sure that all of the clothes were accounted for even the smaller pieces like bow ties and sashes.
