This place has to be the worst cleaners Ive ever been to. If anyone is Military and youre thinking about taking your uniforms here DONT! I brought in 3 ABU tops, 2 Blues shirts, Blues pants and Blues coat. I explained each item and what I wanted done to them. Very simple. Wasnt nothing hard. I wanted all the shirts to be starched cowboy style. And the coat and pants dry cleaned. They said no problem and that it would be done in 24 hours. I got a call 23 hours later and they said they need more time to starch my stuff. I thought thats no problem and that I did have 5 items that needed it so I understand. I go back after two days of not being called and when I go in they said my items are done. Total is $35. I pay and then I see my uniforms. They literally look the same as when I brought them in just in a plastic bag. I lift up the bag and they arent even clean let alone cowboy style starched. I asked them whats the problem and why 3 days later its not even started and they say we are sorry it must not have got done. They said they would redo them free of charge. Its 4 days later now and still no call from then saying my stuff is done. I went on my off day to check on my stuff and get my uniforms andwhen I arrive its the worst job Ive ever seen! My uniforms are still dirty and it looks like they took a iron to 2 of the uniforms tops, but just on the arm part. The coat which isnt supposed to be starched in the first place is pressed in the arms and very poorly thank goodness because its not supposed to even be done. Overall everything was still dirty. I wish I could make this up. I leave for a school in 6 days and expected a big place like this to do better work. I paid $35 for nothing! I got dirty uniforms still. Worst part is I had hairs on my Blues coat and pants. And a new stain on one of my tops. Absolutely unbelievable and theres no good management there. I told them for the 3rd time that its not right but I knew I was wasting my breath. Ill take them home and do them myself! Please people dont waste your time here. The Blues shirts were the only thing close to being decent. Still not done right but at least semi clean looking. So if you have a light weight easy to do shirt this place might work. But anything else they suck! Hope this helps! Tide you let me down!

Friendly service but mostly young kids, who can be easily distracted. Example - called today, the kid that answered did so unprofessionally, then put me on hold for nearly 4 minutes. I hung up at that point, called back, and got a busy signal. Not good. As far as my clothes go, Tides brand and marketing is about their proficiency at cleaning. Yet every time I take a shirt in with a spot on it, large or small, I comes back with a little note that says they deemed the spot too difficult to "safely" remove. Isnt that what theyre there for? Lastly, they iron my shirts poorly. Every time, collars and button areas have creases or fold backs in them. I have to then re-iron them myself. Ive complained 3 times and it keeps happening. Their only benefit is convenience, but if they do terrible work even that gets old.

Very honest and trustworthy. The staff consist of two sisters who really know their fabrics. I accidentally wrote on my favorite Longhorns windbreaker with sharpie marker and both clerks were very honest about it possibly not coming out or it still being noticeable.

Late on dry cleaning. CSR gave me one story as to why it was late and then the manager gave me at least 2 different stories. Manager was disrespectful and rude! Threatened to call my employer and make a complaint against me. I will never return!!

Trashy. Your things are never ready when they say they will be. Then they call and threaten to donate them if you dont get them immediately. They destroy your fine alpaca and angora. Return your items with new stains on them. Neber again!!!!

Love this business! Great management, production team, delivery drivers! The CSRs are GREAT- quick and friendly! The young lady who helped me with brown hair was excellent. They do a beautiful job with my favorite orange shirt! :)

Quality, Quality Quality...service is one of a kind. Your clothes smell fresh al the products are perfect. Dry Cleaning should not a chore, it should be something you look forward to.
