I had read multiple negative reviews for this business, but decided to try them anyway. When I took my comforter in, I spoke with the lady in the front about my concerns about my comforter being returned in one piece. She assured me that she would wash it on the delicate cycle--the one she uses for wedding dresses-- and it would be fine. When I took the comforter out of the bag, it was bunched up all over the place and had slashes in two places. I called back and was told that I knew the risks involved and that I should be able to repair my comforter quite quickly on my own. There goes my beautiful Nautica comforter. :( Perhaps they do an amazing job on pressing clothes, but I would be very hesitant to take in anything delicate. And, because it was my first time using their services, I had to pay when I dropped off my comforter, so theres no way to get my money back or get my comforter fixed without paying them to do the necessary repairs.

Went in to have some patches transferred to a new uniform jacket. Lady behind counter didnt smile or say anything when I walked up except..."you need that cleaned?" I explained that I needed some patches off my old uniform jacket transfered to a new jacket she said OK it will be done Tuesday (this was a Friday) when she saw the patches she said that they would have to send it out to another shop to do it, and it would take one week to do. I asked her why and she said that they could do it if the patches werent attached to the jacket. I said, so your telling me if I bring you the patches you can have it done on Tuesday, but because they are attached it will take a week? She said yes. I said even though it just takes a thread cutter to remove the patches? She said yes. If they cant even figure out how to remove a patch I dont want them putting one on. And smile when a customer walks in, that is how you stay in business.

Yes she was very nice. I was in a rush, had not had anything dry cleaned in a while but thought I would save some time and trouble and have 2 shirts and 2 pair of pants done. She said one pair of pants was wool. When I left I looked on slip and no price printed on it. When I went back to pick up I pointed out that I didnt know how much it was. she told me $34.75. I was too shocked when i left to notice I didnt even have a receipt. When I was leaving I noticed there was a military discount that Im sure I didnt get. No where did I see a price list. She did tell me that shirts start at $1.95. My shirts were brand new. Just needed washing and pressing. Same with pants. Asked hubby when he got home about the "wool" pants. Neither pair are wool it turns out. Think we will be finding a different place to get our cleaning done.

I took my comforter to Ultra Custom Cleaners in May 2010 and a week later they called me and told me that there was massive bunching and several rips that occurred during the spin cycle while they were cleaning the blanket. This comforter was only a year old, rarely used, and in pretty good shape overall. They mentioned that bunching might occur when I dropped it off, but there was no mention on ripping. I, of course, refused to pay for it. They said they would wait one year and then turn me in to collections for the $38 charge. I think this is ridiculous, I dont want my comforter back and I have no intentions of paying for them to destroy a $200 bedspread.

Unprofessional and Rude. I can’t believe these people. I had my wifes wedding dress cleaned and boxed. It was supposed to take 2 weeks but it took 2 months and after I called several times they told me they purposely put it off because they were not going to make any money on it! They were supposed to clean the dress twice but only cleaned it once but still charged for two because it was "difficult to clean". Finally, when I got it, the dress was just stuffed in the box. They refused to give me any discount .End of story; I had to cancel payment on my credit card. What a scam!

I needed to get a formal dress altered. I wanted to get an idea of the cost so I asked several questions and described the dress to the person on the phone. She was very condescending and called me "dear" or "honey" about 5 times during our short conversation, while attempting to validate their expensive pricing. She gave me an estimate that was equivalent to going to Brides By Demetrios in Bellevue! I would much rather go to a quality bridal store if it is the same price as a cleaners!

I was a fan of this cleaners the first few times we used them....after a while, they stopped honoring the military discount because they said "I didnt inform them when I dropped off my clothes." They use a good computer system yet they "have no record" that I have ever received a military discount....funny thing is the last three times have been uniforms. I will defiantly be trying somewhere else just on the principle of not receiving a discount when they market one.

WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY -- They told me my cost would be X and when I went to pick my clothes up they tried charging me 10 dollars more! I told them it said right on my ticket what the cost was but they insisted I pay the costlier amount. This was a textbook example of Bait and Switch and will definitely be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Licensing.

Friendliest owner and staff- they truly love clothes and go above and beyond to custmize each treatment for each item of clothing. AND they teach me tricks to care for my clothes and linens so they last longer and cost me less in the long run. I really appreciate their EXTREME level of expertise. Of course the fact that they have the best prices doesnt hurt either....

I brought in a comforter that was badly ripped from a washing machine; they crafted an ingenious repair and got it back to me quickly. I had brought the comforter to two other local establishments and they wouldnt even take it due to the severity of the rip. I am thankful to have this place in the community, they go to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction.

Met these guys at a community event, decided to try them out and couldnt be more pleased. Dropped off my suit, which had a hole in the seat of the pants, which I forgot to tell them. Long story short, they fixed it without prompting. Very thorough, personable and not just another cleaners. Already sent friends and family. Thank you UCC!

Wonderful people! Willing to go the extra mile. I had a blanket in storage of 10+ years that my Granda hand crocheted. It had an unusual stain that another dry cleaner in town could not remove. Ultra Custom Cleaners removed it and made this precious heirloom whole again! Would recommend them to anyone!

They are the best cleaners I have ever had. They are honest and extremely knowledgeable about the cleaning business. I have used them for the past four years and my clothes have never looked better. The owners are very community minded and give their time and money to make our area a better place.
