Usually I have a great experience, which is why I keep coming back! But this time, the silk on the skirt of the dress I brought got snagged while being cleaned. No one brought it to my attention, so I only discovered it as I put it on. I was disappointed! I had only worn it once before and am confident the snag happened during cleaning.

I put 8 pair of pants in for alterations...and paid for same service twice..when only two were done correctly. I brought 6 pair back...paid again and 5 were done correctly..But service was real nice and professional and fast ..maybe too fast..But I am extremely satisfied with their work on my pants that they did do...

Anna and Sarah are always very helpful and friendly. I actually look forward to bringing in my laundry. Hi-Techs routine two day turnaround on my shirts is great. On top of that, Hi Techs tailor did an excellent job altering the sleeve length on a number of new shirts I bought last fall -- perfect length/fit!

They have always performed very well. Never a bad experience. Prices are reasonable perhaps a little high but close by so it works better for us. They provide quality cleaning of silks and down items that can be difficult . Further, the turn around time is excellent. We will continue to use the services.

I recently had Hi Tech Cleaners do a repair and cleaning of a coat that was badly torn and stained from a snow mobile accident. Not only were all the stains and grease removed, but the repairs where done perfectly as well. Yes, and all my bumps and bruises have healed as well.

The owners and staff are always cheerful and helpful and they make sure that things are right. I had some water stains on wool slacks that they hand touched up at no extra charge to make sure that they came out looking great. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Cleaners.

Hi-Tech seems to be excellent in multi services. They will do alterations such as shortening, and are very good at getting out grease stains which are very difficult. Hi Tech seems to be up for any job. Furthermore, they get the job done very quickly.,
