I have a subscription to netflix and amazon prime video. There are STILL titles that I cant find on either site, but every time that happens, I go directly to Great American Video and Espresso, and they have it for LESS money than Id pay on hulu/amazon/netflix whatever (for a single view.) This is what keeps me coming back again and again. Not to mention double-stamp Wednesdays, where you get an extra stamp on your card that helps you earn free stuff. Not to mention the staff is always very kind, thoughtful, attentive and they love film. Last thing: my fella was trying to rent a certain title and it was checked out, we checked back a few more times, then another time, (it was still checked out,) so after these multiple attempts, they called the person who had it and very nicely reminded them it was overdue. I appreciated that, (they werent doing it purposely in front of me, I just happened to still be there because I was trying to decide on a movie, and they remembered that my guy and I had been trying to rent that movie for a couple weeks.) Bottom line: In an era where family friendly, well-stocked video stores are almost nonexistent, this place is a gem, even if it DIDN"T have espresso and ice cream/custard. Whoever founded this place should be proud. P.S - They have a drive-through. How is this not exciting??

I restarted visiting the store after being out of the area.. I was surprised to find they still had my name in the system after almost 20 years☺..I want to say I am very happy your location is still here. It is nice to visit a neighborhood family establishment.. sometimes newer employees are not as personal as regular customers expect. But I have faith that they will become accustomed to the type of service expected as they develop relationships with the customers. we as customers need to encourage the type of service we want by treating the employee so with respect and kindness. To all the staff were appreciate your dedication to keeping this store family friendly..

Been going here around two years, and at first it was great. Greeted as we came in, helped with a smile, paid and received a have a great day and thanks for coming in. Now with an influx of new employees, I walk in and am ignored even while being the only one in the store. Treated like a nuisance. I even ordered once and felt as if I owed THEM an apology because of how I was being treated. They still have a few old employees which keeps me coming back, but to be honest, this place with its major lack now of basic customer service has lost its appeal. Sad to say I wont be stopping in much for a quick cup of jo or a smoothie let alone the videos.

So cozy! We love to hang out, eat ice cream/Italian ice, and get great movie rental deals! We just got two free rentals tonight (earned with a punch card + special). I love this place. A tasty ice cream stand and video rental place all in one. There are comfy chairs and tables, couches, a movie playing... It even has an area with toys and a kid sized-table, so the kids dont get bored while you peruse the movie selections. Of course they have candy and popcorn to buy with your movie rental, too.

Our little family loves this place!!!!! They have a rent 10 get one free. Their family movies are only a dollar or two for seven days. I mean they have something for everyone. They even have a movie playing and a little play area for my kiddo. Such a family friendly place and so homie. I also love their prices on ice cream and Italian sodas for the family when everyone is being good. They even have free wifi if you just want to hang out and drink your coffee and do some work.

Its so nice to go to an actual family-run video store again! This store reminds me of the types of video rental shops that I loved when I was a kid - before Blockbuster and Hollywood dominated the landscape. The staff is super friendly, and they also serve great coffee and treats. You can pick up a movie in the evening and drop it off and get a cup of coffee on the way to work the next day. Great place!

Best cup of coffee I have ever had. I am very picky about my coffee. Starbucks is too sweet for me. I went to Great American Expresso yesterday. It was good. But still a bit too sweet. I went thru the drive thru this morning. They were more than happy to make it this morning half of sweet with an extra shot of expresso. PERFECTION I tell you ❤. Thanks for a great start to my morning.

Friendly employees, excellent customer service, great atmosphere for browsing the videos or just sitting down and relaxing at a table. Their movie selection is pretty spectacular, with quite a few lesser-known and older titles as well as major ones and new releases. Their iced coffee drinks and iced teas are delicious. Ill have to go back when its not hot to try their hot drinks.

Great coffee and smoothies. It feels good to support a locally owned and operated business. The service is always friendly and professional. Prices are good too. I must say they make the best mocha. Not too sweet like so many other mochas. I go out of my way to patronize them.

Great family owned place with a huge selection. All the movies you cant find on Netflix and amazon as well as games. Great coffee as well as icecream and Italian ice. Grew up going here and will continue whenever I am in town. Coffee drive thru also adds to the convienance.

Love this place, its hard to find actual video stores anymore. Great coffee, great staff. you can call ahead and reserve your video, and pick it up in the drive through. especially nice for those of us with toddlers.
