I went in to get my gray roots colored and a trim. The color that was chosen for my roots was to light and I could see where the gray hair was especially when I pulled it back in a pony tail the roots around my face and the heavy gray areas seemed to be still there with this color choice. I was able to set up another appointment to make this unwanted shade that I paid money for, go away. I felt like it was hard to explain to Abbey that I just wanted the roots to match what I already had going on with my hair, to just match the darker shades and not the highlights. She insisted that I look at pictures from the internet and choose one that I liked. So I did and she mixed the color and walla its way to dark, omg it looks like I have a dark brown cap on my head now!!! I am guessing it matched the picture on the web page instead of matching my want. I will not go back, excuses such as you are trying to learn me, my hair and my style is no excuse in my book. You are the artist, I went there paid you good money to make me look good and I dont.
