Went here on vacation for a hair cut and was extremely satisfied with not only Trish, but the customer service. She engaged me in conversation during the hair cut and made me comfortable. She offered great tips for hair care also. Would use them again when in Newport.

After going through about 7 or 8 haircutters I found Trish, and I havent searched since, except when she changed salons and I followed, I highly recommended to all, a good job , doesnt take forever like some, very fair price

The most absolutely affordable and professional salon in Newport friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Listens to what you want, not what they think should be done. I highly recommend Hairs The Thing!!!

Agree with previous review. Very nice comfortable salon. Reasonable prices. Good cut, finished product not quite right but will be once I get home and mess it all up.
