After a winter snowstorm filled our attic with snow, melted, and came thru our ceilings, Carl’s company, Cascade, was sent by our insurance company for the restoration and painting after the needed demolition and cleanup. We couldn’t have been more satisfied, especially considering the number of other jobs that must have been pending. Carl arrived promptly, assessed what needed to be done, and had his work crew on site within a couple of days. The workers arrived on time, worked carefully and artistically when restoring drywall, and had to paint the entire 10/12 ft ceilings throughout the entire first floor to match. This first experience with Cascade was particularly relieving as we had been in the new home a short while and I can say that Cascade left the home in better condition than the builder did. So, when time came to work on the exterior of our home, I contacted Carl, along with others. Carl’s response again was prompt. His knowledge and experience with different products was very important as our HOA had specified products that were now outdated. Again choosing to work with Carl we were able to select an appropriate product to cover a previously treated cedar siding. His work crew arrived when scheduled, all work was done in a workman like manner leaving the area neat and clean daily. As our home was not constructed using any flashing over windows, it was important in my conversations with Carl to be assured that the calking was well done. “No worries” …..the first day on the job I talked with the head painter who commented that the caulking was top priority. At my recommendation, a number of others in our neighborhood have contacted and contracted with Carl. All have been satisfied and, in fact, one neighbor who is now selling real estate calls upon Carl for jobs in preparing her clients homes for sale. Cascade finished painting the exterior of my house about a week ago. Carl came out early in the summer to look at house. We were unable to get started until our house remodel was further along. When we got to the appropriate point, we called him back and he got us scheduled. The work was well done. A single guy power washed the house first. The next day or so, a guy prepped the house by caulking where needed. A crew of about three came out to tape windows, prime where needed, and whatever else needed to be done before applying paint. The multi-person crew came out and sprayed the house. It looked great! Finally, they did the trim and front door. The guys were all professional. They got the work done and were out of the way. I didnt feel like I needed to keep an eye on them or be present while they were working. I appreciated that they just did the job and didnt bother me. Sounds weird but it was really pleasant. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Cascade and/or use them again.

Fantastic work. First of all, I called Cascade Painting and Restoration and they gave me the lowest price out of all the places I called. Some of the other painters almost doubled Cascade Paintings bid. Once the price was set, I added on asking if they could also paint my closet doors after signing. That was no problem and the price didnt change. Then, Cascade Painting recommended a "low luster" paint finish, rather than eggshell. This recommendation was totally on point and looks awesome. These guys know their product down to a detail. The guys that came to my house were very nice and extremely trustworthy individuals that paid attention to every detail. They prepped, painted and cleaned, and also ventilated my house well as the paint smell wasnt oppressive. From start (initial phone call) to finish (completely done), the process was about 2 1/2 weeks or so, which I find to be a reasonable duration for painting an entire house. Good job gentlemen.

This was a rough winter on my house. We had two leaks that required removing a lot of drywall, and some plaster. Once the root causes of those issues were fixed I had Cascade P&R do the repairs and painting to get everything back to normal. Carl and his crew fixed everything flawlessly. You cant tell that there was ever any repair work done in the affected areas. Walls and ceiling are perfect, paint is perfectly matched, as well as the textures. They also replaced some hardwood flooring that had to be removed from a minor flood, and did a great job there as well. Carl was really easy to work with, and his bid was quite reasonable. His crew was always on time and communicated very well over multiple days about what to expect, and when to expect it. Overall a really great trustworthy company to work with for restoration and painting.

What caused me to call Cascade Painting and Restoration: After a big rain, had a roof leak onto my ceiling. First I hired a handyman to repair the roof, replace the sheet rock, and texture and paint the ceiling. All went well until the handymans brother in law texturized the ceiling. It looked like Jackson Pollack met Van Gogh. Desperate, I washed and sanded off as much of the texture as I could and then called Cascade Painting and Restoration for help. Owner Carl was great with staying in touch with me and worked my small job into his busy schedule. Yesterday Noel did an amazing job applying a nice brocade texture that matches as close as it possibly could to the existing ceiling texture. My advice is - when it comes to ceiling texture - always hire a professional and Cascade Painting and Restoration is who I recommend.

I presented Carl and his team with a unique challenge for commercial painting. The areas in need of a fresh coat were covered in dirt, dust, grit and grime. There were also many obstacles that had to be masked and avoided. Carl was professional and honest from the beginning. He worked around our schedule, imposing no negative impact on our production. After the first area was complete, we had no hesitation bringing Carl and Cascade back for more. All the projects were completed on time, they even managed to get in a little extra work while they were here the second time. I will, without a doubt, continue to use Carl and his team and Cascade Painting & Restoration for all of our commercial painting needs.

I had purchased a vacation house up in Welches that had been sorely abused and neglected for several years when I called Carl with Cascade Painting. Not only was he accomodating with the initial meeting times, but took the time to inspect and explain elements about the condition, what was needed, and suggested paint types that would work in that climate better and which would meet my expectations. He and his crew showed up on time, even taking extra time to really restore the exterior where it was needed. At the end I had a stunning little vacation home that weve enjoyed since. I will, and have already planned to use Carl and his company again!
