They have been involved with many projects ranging from small touch up work to large exterior paint and stain work. I continue to be impressed with Rays communication, and attention to detail which both contribute to a excellent working relationship and final product. Rays project management background has been a huge asset in estimating, scheduling resources, and problem solving on each of the projects we have worked on together. I run a diagonostic imaging center in North Seattle and have just completed phase 1 of painting 10,000 sq feet. The work done done during the graveyard shift was clean, and is professional. There is a matter of trust when you run a business working with new partners and I am very please that Ray Shanahan and his team will continue to service my painting needs. The painters were there when they were scheduled and there was no mess left to surprise me when I arrived at 6am. I am very happy with Certa Pro.

Very quick to respond and meet for a quote. Quote was emailed to me within an hour, with detailed cost breakouts. Cost was in-line, if not slightly cheaper than other quotes I got, but CertaPro was able to start the job as soon as we were ready. The crew did a great job painting and cleaning up the house when they were done. CertaPro also helped me pick out colors since I didnt have any ideas.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. The painters worked quickly and were quiet, respectful, and friendly. My neighbor set up the whole process and helped organize the painting for all of our buildings, but CertaPro provided separate billing, paperwork, and invoices for each unit which was a huge plus.
