Ive been taking my cars to Japanese Auto for 9 years and they have always delivered. Heres just a few points that make them stand out: 1. Solid repairs. Ive never have had issues with the work theyve done. 2. Timely service. Average for me has been same day, but no more than two days. 3. Efficient. Their knowledge of import cars is amazing, so they can do it quickly to keep cost down. 4. Honest. Unlike the shops that nickel/dime you with unnecessary repairs, Japanese Auto only does the repairs that are needed. To me, this is one of the best things to have in a mechanic. Ive had three different cars (honda, acura, toyota) go through this shop and have been extremely happy with their service!

I first brought my car here about a year ago and had a great experience. The issue with my car was a simple fix (a sensor wasnt plugged in all the way), so he didnt even charge me. Needless to say, I always take my car to him now and am constantly impressed with his work ethic and reasonable price.
