I guess its safe to say after coming here for the past couple of years, that these guys are my go-to-choice for all service maintenance for my cars. Theyve done my tires, my oil changes, my major tune-ups and wheel alignments. Tried a bunch of other places around SF and the Peninsula and I just keep coming back to Faxon Garage every time. Why you ask? Well, simply put: a) They do good work b) They are reliable c) The are flexible with my schedule d) They are inexpensive and reasonable (BIG PLUS) I read some of the other comments dissing this place and all I can say is, dont believe all the negative stuff some people pump out on Yelp....haters gonna hate. As long as I have this commute, Im gonna need a good, reliable mechanic to take care of my autos. And this is the place I choose to do that.

I have been going to Walee for about 3 years now. I work in the City, but I live an hour south. I wouldnt go to anyone else. I am absolutely sure that he is honest, trustworthy, thorough, and he goes beyond the call of duty to make sure my car is safe. I trust that he is not selling me something I dont need. As a women and not having car maintenance expertise, I have to depend on that. There are too many dishonest car repair shops that take advantage of women. I give Walee and his shop, Faxon Garage, the very highest of recommendation.

Went to get my brakes checked and my vehicle was taken care of right away. Walee had a full check done and the issue was much less severe than initially thought. Instead my brake pads were low but not to the level of replacement which could have been an easy opportunity to make a sale. Walee is always upfront and honest and the work is always done quickly and professionally. I have had multiple cars serviced here over the years and will continue to do so.

I called an hour before closing because I discovered a large bolt in my tire, Walee told me to bring it in and he would finish before 6pm. I arrived 15 minutes later and Walee was so nice, repaired the tire and inflated all my tires to the proper level, something my previous mechanic didnt do. Very reasonable price and friendly service. Will definitely go back!

I have been bringing my car to Faxon garage now for a few years. Repairs are offerable and completed in a timely manner. Convenience local to public transportation and the entire staff is so nice and willing to assist. Faxon garage really makes you feel more than a customer but a part of a family. Reliable, dependable shop work isnt over priced.

I had to take my car here for an emergency and they took care of me. They didnt charge me as much as they should have because I ended up taking my car to another shop that had the right scanner to read my cars engine codes. Friendly and honest shop owner. Dont hesitate to take your car in. I had a VW GTI. I dont know what they focus on though.

Ive had this shop install my coilovers, clear bra most of my car, tint on multiple occasions and replace a doze or so tires and wheels. Theyve always been a quality and professional shop.
