Bittu has been our travel agent for the last 5 years and she has never failed us. We have always received good quotes for tickets that satisfy all the criteria provided. She always listens attentively and goes above and beyond in understanding travel requirements. Up until now, i had booked tickets only for my family travelling from USA to India. But this time around, she even booked tickets for my parents to travel from India to USA keeping all special travel and meal requirements in mind. And she still made it so convenient and easy! Another strength is her ease of availability. She has answered calls in the wee hours of the morning when we had an emergency and jumped in to find solutions for us at short notice. She works like a good friend with you, and comes up with creative solutions that work well for the pocket too. Great customer and results orientation Bittu! I highly recommend her as anyones travel agent. You rock, Bittu!

1 We had a real bad experience in dealing with Bittu. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, she booked a wrong city to begin with and when we found the mistake and asked for correction she was out of office/country and she promised to make good on return, and in this process we lost considerable time. This ticket was booked for my elderly mother from India and we have had arranged a companion for help during travel for my aged mother and this went astray because of Bittus mistake and delay in correspondence causing angst and unnecessary stress. Finally, we cancelled this ticket and booked directly through the airline, and in fact, got a better deal than through Bittu. Bittu lacks correspondence skills and not very much service oriented, which are the essence of her type of business. We really do not recommend the service of Bittu to anybody. Bittu at SkyPath was simply amazing during what turned out to be a pretty harrowing return trip experience for my son and me from India. Stranded without passports, trying to get on wait listed Lufthansa flights, getting stranded in Mumbai after flight cancelation for 48 hours, getting completely rerouted on a brand new ticket - I would not have been able to survive the drama if it hadnt been for Bittus calm attitude, perseverance and unprecedented level of availability (even answering calls at 2:30 am!) She is an angel to work with, and a genius at coming up with creative solutions. While I am not sure I will ever fly Lufthansa again, I am thrilled to have gotten a chance to work with Bittu and highly recommend her as anyones travel agent. You rock, Bittu!

I called to book a vacation to cancun mexico, the lady I spoke to said the hotel that I wanted(secrets the vine) was not the one they could book. Then she said shell talk to someone and see if they can book it for me and give me a call back. She did call me within 10 minutes and told me they could book it. Gave me a price of $2000 more than what I found on expedia and said theres nothing she can do and that I should go with expedia (in a rude way). She kept offering me different hotels when I already choose a specific one. Bad service. Very useless.

Bittu has always been very efficient and super prompt. She usually finishes the reservation process within a few minutes on the phone, and everything is done very quickly. She is great to work with, and goes out of her way to help in case of emergencies. We have bought lots of India tickets from her and have had a very pleasant experience each time. She also matches and/or beats any price I find online by myself. I highly recommend her travel agency for India tickets and tourism packages.
