I have been a member of the Auto Club for over 30 years, both in Washington and California. During this period, I have had dealings with several different offices. I want to acknowledge that the office in Olympia has been exceptional, both in terms of service and the overall quality of their staff. Many of my dealings have been with Jamie Nichols at the front desk and Chris Blaser in the travel section. These two individuals have been consistently amazing with regard to their base of knowledge, their service to me as a customer, their follow-through, and their interpersonal skill sets. I am deeply appreciative to this office and especially to these two individuals for making my travel experiences so much easier.

This Review shows up as posted by Brandon Rose but that is my Son, I am Roger Rose and my wife is Mary Martha Rose. My wife and I had always wanted to go on a Cruise but it was so confusing on line and so many choices we were having difficulty figuring out the best deal. Ended up going to the AAA Cruise Show in Olympia, which was great, lots of ideas and information. We then visited the AAA Office in Olympia and the agent there sorted out everything for us. Got a really good price on an 8 night Caribbean Cruise, plus the agent worked with the Cruise Line to get a really good airfare price. Overall a great experience and an affordable price. Could not have done it on my own.

I met and worked with Mary Lightfoot, at the Olympia office. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and planned my entire trip from travel to hotel accommodations. She then FIXED everything I mistakenly requested. After I arrived home, I realized I had the incorrect dates for my trip. I went back to the office. Mary cancelled the first arrangements and planned out my trip for the correct dates. Again, she was very pleasant and efficient. Mary is an excellent representative of AAA. I will always work with her whenever I travel anywhere in the world. I will also recommend her to my friends. You are fortunate to have her in your company.

Solid performance from the staff at Oly AAA. Starting with Lorena who helped us with a complicated itinerary for 3 persons traveling together and gave us advice about a potential Passport problem. She kept us from making a big mistake. Then Lisa took over getting our tickets and at a price we wanted. Nothing but smiles and GO SEAHAWKS from all the folks behind the counters. Noticed that the amount of merchandise has increased in that store giving travelers a big selection. Keep up the good work and high standards. Im glad to be a AAA member in Olympia.

This was my first time to the Olympia AAA location. I was switching my membership from California to Washington since I have just moved up here. The staff was extremely helpful and offered many additional services, although I did not need any of them currently. They have a very cool setup, as they have a lot of travel gear within the store itself. It kind of gets you excited for the travel experience ahead. I have not yet used AAA for traveling, but I will in the future. I look forward to working with them.

Chris Blaser, the travel agent, is excellent. She took care of my trip to the Great Barrier Reef. It was short notice but she still managed to come up with a very good package that met our specifications. She is very friendly, helpful and attentive to our family needs. She was very patient with answering all my questions and with providing a lot of useful tips and information. It was the best customer service experience I had with a travel agent. The staff at AAA are also very friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience in dealing with the AAA in Olympia. Very helpful staff in all aspects of travel. Big help in reserving a Hertz rental car in Rome, plus plenty of information available on traveling abroad or in the states. Very good selection of travel items for purchase. I bought a travel vest there with enough pockets that I didnt need to take a backpack! And, a spray that helps remove wrinkles from shirts that have been stuffed in the suitcase: actually worked!

We went to our local AAA office to get an idea about routes, costs and other variables on an Amtrak trip from Olympia to Indianapolis, Indiana. We were helped tremendously by "Jamie", who was thorough in her searches, as well as patient with our continued changes. We havent finished making our plans yet, but when we get closer to a decision, we will once again visit Jamie for her expertise in completing our itinerary.

I was very pleased with the information I received when I asked for a travel insurance quote to compare with the one that came with my reservation for an excursion in Norway. For just a bit more money, I was able to get full coverage for the entire trip, including the excursion. Very helpful staff! This is pretty much the norm when I go into the Olympia office or consult them via email.

I went to the Olympia to complete the transfer of my membership to AAA Washington. The representative was very courteous and professional explaining the options available to transfer my membership.. The transaction was completed quickly and I left with a temporary card. I also took time to shop in the travel store, the selection is very good and well displayed..

I always start my search for travel gear and accessories at Olympia AAA of Washington. Preparing for a cruise in April found me in the store looking for a shoulder bag, small and compact, with plenty of storage space. I was not disappointed. The staff always provide great advice and personal recommendations. I love the service I receive in the Olympia retail store.

Attended a very informative presentation at the Olympia office by Kathleen on packing your bags. Outstanding presentation, thank you. Took advantage of the 15% discount and saved $90 +. The RFI travel vests are great. Now I can wear normal pants without extra pockets because all will be packed in my vest. Counter folks are very helpful - thank you.

System was down when I went in the first time, but the staff was Very professional and courteous. When I went back a lil later, it was a very fast and helpful experience! They are great! I love the fact that I can relax now if something ever happens and I can get help! Love AAA!

I visited the AAA store in Olympia to start my 2016 membership. The person who handled my application was friendly, courteous, competent and efficient. My only concern now is that I havent yet received my new card in the mail.
