I have worked with Doug Olsen for several years. He is not only a customer and a colleague but hes also my commercial agent. As an owner of an auto glass company I deal with insurance companies every day. But even more than that I work with my customers and hear their complaints about their insurance companies and it ALWAYS comes back to the same thing. It isnt the insurance companies fault, its the agent! This is where Doug separates himself from the rest of the "insurance agents". Most agents hear one thing, "I want the lowest premium" and never consider the fact that someday you might need to use the insurance they are providing. Doug has a different approach, hes more than an agent, hes a consultant. He will sit down with you, understand your needs and explain the fine print to you. He has on several occasions gone above and beyond to accomodate myself and every customer Ive ever sent to him. If youre looking for an agent that is playing on your side the Doug is the only choice. I will continue recommending him to all friends, family, and customers. Thanks for all the years of outstanding service Doug!!!

Not a good agency if you are law enforcement, military, veteran or crime victim and have a dog (service, working, or for protection) they consider dangerous, the do not provide homeowners insurance in that scenario. They are unavailable for days on end. They do not reliably provide complete information and will fail to add a kid to auto insurance when you ask. I used them for years because I liked that they shop around, but have had no end of problems the last several years. the agent will change insurance companies to save money, not explaining that changing companies is punitive in the hostile world of insurance. My entire insurance situation was placed in peril by them. To me not serving veterans is a non starter, I cannot recommend them. Horrible customer service and very non responsive. Part of customer service is knowing what questions to ask.

Jason Bailey was our first contact when we began looking for Home and Auto insurance after moving to Washington. He provided the information I needed then and has continued to provide excellent service ever since. Recently we were able to move the umbrella policy from out of state coverage to a local plan at a great savings. I sent Jason an email on the weekend expecting a response on Monday, but he got back to me right away and by Tuesday I had all of the papers completed with signatures and the coverage established. I recommended him to my neighbors and they have also been happy with his services. It is nice to know that we have a knowledgeable go to person for our insurance needs. Jason gets 5 stars, but the web site needs some work - 3 stars there.

Jason Bailey has been representing us as our insurance agent for years and years. Hes always kept us up to date, informed us of changes in a timely manner, and made himself available to any and all questions we may have involving insurance. We switched to Jason many years ago because, I found out that for the same coverage he could provide better rates. And of course now he keeps us on top of a ever changing market. I personally own 9 vehicles, ensuring 3 to 4 constantly,, so maybe service isnt the bottom line maybe its price :-).. Either way now that weve found in Jason, we wont be changing agents again. Thank you Jason for doing such an incredible job for us.

Jason was wonderful. My boyfriend and I were with another insurance company and paid a lot each month for our insurance. When Jason gave us a quote it was almost unbelievable how much money we could save by going with his quote. There was no question at all what decision we would make and we have not only saved money each month on our insurance needs but when we got into 2 accidents in 1 day Jason was on the ball making sure we were taken care of and also giving us great advice on what the next steps were. In the past month I have made reservations for two airline trips. For the first trip I was helped by Val, the second by Renee. I was so impressed with the extra time and effort Val and Renee took to help me get the most appropriate flights for my needs. It was extremely easy to communicate with them by phone and email. I have not flown in several years, so was concerned about making sure arrangements were complete. I would not hesitate to call upon AAA again for future travel plans.

I always enjoy visiting this AAA Travel and Cruise Center. It is bright, cheerful and welcoming. Its one of the nicest AAA travel stores I have been to with all the books, luggage and accessories you need for your travel needs. If only all their stores were as nice. Living in Olympia, I use this store because it is so nice and organized. The staff there are always welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this AAA Travel and Cruise Center to anyone.

I needed to make reservations for my son to travel for the holidays. Val Dornoff at AAA Tacoma, WA. was fantastic. I have made reservations in the past many times and I always request her services. She is wonderful and does a great job at getting me the best deal. I would be lost if I didnt have Val to help me plan and make my travel arrangements as well as my sons travels. AAA is very lucky to have such a professional like Val working for them.
