We also have experienced poor service on 2 occasions. One was regarding a presidents cruise a year ago (we ended up working with the Bellevue office). And more recently, we are planning a trip to the deep south and had some questions specifically about buying a ticket package for Universal Studios because the travel books talk about some discounts associated with the AAA package. The woman who was supposedly the "Orlando expert" had to call to some guy out of state and then never got us where we wanted. We will work through Bellevue or the head office I guess.

Great help until I talked to Elizabeth G, I wanted to rent a car for a day and she was very difficult just because I was under 25, I had no problem paying the extra fee, the problem was getting her to do it, she kept arguing with as to why I needed a car for only one day, it was ridiculous and frustrating, your job is to do my request regards my age, Im a client, if I would of had friendlier service it would of been 5 stars

Terrible service, very rude and condescending customer service at dispatch in Bremerton. Take your business elsewhere or at least save yourself from dealing with this unprofessional office by dealing with a different dispatch office.
