The catering was great at Madisons for our event. Plenty of great drinks, appetizers and music. Nice open space and I could see many different types of events happening here. Calling it a Banquet Hall is somewhat limiting for them because it could be so much more. I highly recommend you check this place out! :>)

Sampled Madison Catering for a special event and found the food yummy and the staff friendly. Didnt realize they have event space in the building behind their restaurant space. A large parking lot so close to SE Hawthorne Blvd. and downtown Portland is also a big plus.

I joined the Portland communications support organizations networking get-together tonight at Madisons--what a great venue! They volunteered a door prize; cost is reasonable and the separate banquet room is perfect size. What a good night! Thanks!

I had a birthday party here for 100 and it was great. The room has a dance floor and stage and plently of free parking. The food, drink and service was well done and affordable. Madisons Event Center is a nice find.
