We hired DJ Scott for our wedding that was held last night. I can highly recommend him. From the beginning, he was affable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about his craft. He gave us many options to choose from, the type of ambiance we wanted to achieve for the reception, and had so many fun interactive games to choose from. One of the best services DJ Scott offers is his online planner. I spent an evening one night personally picking all the songs to be played during the ceremony and created a long list of all the beautiful sappy love songs that my husband and I sent each other during our courtship. It was so easy, and DJ Scott even added some special music pieces that were important to us that I used for my processional! I can personally say that DJ Scott is a consummate professional. From the beginning of the day when he set up, to the time he left, he was the perfect coordinator and host. Most brides and grooms do not get married often, and honestly, I was not sure on all the steps, but I was extremely happy that DJ Scott was able to smoothly transition everyone from the ceremony to the reception area, release tables for the buffet so there weren’t long lines, get people up for dancing, and coordinate cake cutting/toasts, etc. with such ease that as the bride, I was able to sit back, relax, and actually enjoy all the festivities with no stress or worries! Speaking of professionalism, and with no exaggeration, DJ Scott honestly saved my wedding. I think there are many families out there who have that one black sheep family member who feels the need to be the center of attention and can be hurtful and inappropriate. Unfortunately, I had one of those people as a guest at my wedding. During one of our fun interactive games (write down advice for a happy marriage), this emotionally unstable guest wrote down something very demeaning to women and was personally hurtful to me as a new bride. It was written with malice, and not in good humor. DJ Scott handled it wonderfully. Rather than ruin the moment by reading something inappropriate, he showed the card to the groom and myself. We were appalled at the comment and were so happy that he intercepted it. Unfortunately, this guest of mine had his ego bruised because his comment was not read, and the guest spent the night curse texting DJ Scott, and finished the evening by writing critical reviews of DJ Scott online, which you may or may not still see here. But through it all, DJ Scott did not mention the abuse to the groom and myself, and allowed us to continue to enjoy our special night in ignorant bliss. DJ Scott did this with a smile on his face, and handled a difficult situation with aplomb and complete professionalism. I cannot stress how much we enjoyed having DJ Scott at our wedding, and would hire him again in a heartbeat. He saved what could have been a disastrous evening, played all my sappy love songs, and kept my reception fun, happy, and romantic. He deserves every 5 star rating he gets!

We hired DJ Scott for our April 23, 2016 wedding in Maple Valley, WA at the Olson Mansion. Let me start out by saying, I have a background in amateur radio broadcast as a DJ from years past. Having a background in radio, I am very selective when it comes to a DJ personality. After days of extensive research, I came across DJ Scott Fijolek who came highly recommended. My main theme I was looking for was a DJ who went that extra mile for his clients and could keep up the fun factor. After meeting with Scott, I felt extremely comfortable with his company and we talked about several "ideas" he had to add that special touch for a unique wedding; I immediately hired him for our wedding. We had family and friends coming from 3 different states and it was important that the DJ could host to a range of ages from the young to the very old. Scott was awesome at paying attention to the mood and feel of the event. He was moving all around the venue not just stuck behind his DJ booth. He was constantly watching how the mood of the guests were and kept the flow of our wedding upbeat and lively! I honestly never have witnessed a DJ that was more in touch with the "feel" of the party than Scott. There was never any awkward lull in the flow of the event and the energy was always high and pumping. I really enjoyed how DJ Scott timed the events that were planned like the "shoe game" which got a lot of laughs! Since my bride and I are huge Seahawks fans, he gave us the idea to put our Seahawks garter on a football and then toss both into the crowd for an added bonus to the garter toss, that was a very cool idea! We received several comments during the wedding from guests on how fun the DJ was and where did we find him? DJ Scott Fijolek not only was entertaining, he was even able to get our "non-dancing" guests out on the dance floor which was a delight to see. If you are looking for an interactive DJ & MC that knows how to keep the flow of an event or wedding going, I would strongly suggest you hire Scott Fijolek and you will quickly find out why he was voted as one of the Nations top DJ professionals. His services are competitively priced and there are a range of options to choose to totally customize your event to what fits you best. Thank you DJ Scott for providing us with a classy and memorable DJ service! I truly felt you gave us specialized attention and treated our wedding like it was your own and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had at our wedding. You rock my friend!

I can not recommend DJ Scott enough! We had him as our DJ/MC for our August 4 wedding and I am absolutely blown away. He made our night amazing and magical, with very little effort on my part. Thanks to his exceptional professionalism and skill in the field, very little input was needed from me or my bridal party. We met DJ Scott once for coffee in Silverdale where he went over all his different packages (he has something to fit everyone!) and extra add ons we could do, and then broke it down further by explaining that we could request any song we like, use his online planner, etc. Once you book him, you get full access to his online planning website which is AMAZING. You can go through his song library and choose songs for all your special moments. He has a form for almost every aspect of your wedding reception, which is great! I am a super detail oriented person and it made me feel so at ease to know that my reception was in good hands. DJ Scott got to our reception site 2 hours early to get all set up and introduced himself to my husband and myself right away. He asked how the day was going and if he had everything correct. I had added on some last minute details and he had no problem incorporating these into the night. Once the party got started, DJ Scott introduced the entire wedding party which was SO much fun! The music he played was perfect for our crowd - he even got my mother out on the dance floor, which was amazing! He walks you through all the different dances such as the Cupid Shuffle, YMCA, the Wobble, etc. What takes the cake for me though, was the way he included my out of state friends. I had a lot of friends come out from Montana, and he asked them all to come to the floor and played some country swing for them. It was so much to watch them dance and have a good time. All in all, I cant recommend DJ Scott enough. If you want someone who is professional, will listen to your ideas and make sure your night is memorable for the rest of your life, this is who to go to!
