I met Jelena at The Seattle Wedding Show and happened to win her day of coordinator services from the raffle she was offering at her booth, which was the best thing I could have possibly won. Jelena was completely organized, detailed, professional and calm. Every time I felt like I was going to lose my mind she was right there helping me put it back in its place. I had an inebriated wedding guest who took it upon themselves to swing me around like a rag doll and pop the back clasps of my wedding dress off (yes, yes, this happened friends!) Jelena was right there with her wedding toolbelt pinning my dress back together so I could enjoy my night. When I was busy at work rushing from meeting to meeting while having an appointment at my venue with Jelena and some other vendors in the middle of the day - I completely forgot to bring my wedding files/binder, Jelena was there prepared with a notepad and all the details without me even having to ask. Jelena was always one step ahead of the situation being thrown at her and it was just the best lifeline a girl could have ever asked for. Jelena also has an excellent book of vendors that she works with who are also extremely helpful. Her connections in the industry made it easy for me to book rentals, work with lighting specialists, DJ’s, Photographers, Videographers…etc. She truly has an extensive knowledge base of all things weddings in the Puget Sound. The owner of my wedding venue loved working with Jelena so much that she took the time to write me the nicest email after the wedding was over to let me know how much Jelena helped the venue staff out and what a pleasure it was to work with her. Jelena also did all my floral needs for the wedding. Her floral work is spectacular and reasonably priced. I had so many compliments throughout the wedding about how beautiful the flowers were and people wanting to know who did my bouquet. Working with her on flowers was so simple and painless. She made everything a breeze and knew exactly what I was looking for more than I even knew. I really can’t give enough love to Jelena and all the work she did for our wedding – she was the best partner to have throughout the entire process. I would gladly use her again and again for any floral or event planning /event executing needs.

Jelena is the ultimate wedding or party planner! She does it all! She is organized and efficient, and attends to every detail. Her decorations are creative, and can be artsy, romantic, whimsical or delicate---what ever your style, she can do it. Her catering abilities are fantastic. The food is delicious and the presentation is superb! If you want a successful, stress-free party, that guests will be talking about for months, choose JBK Weddings and Events! You wont be disappointed!

Jelena can make anything look good. I was recently at a birthday party where she had designed the theme and created all the decorations. Wow did she make the hall look fantastic. The buffet line was so inventive and I wanted to spend time just looking at the display it was so beautiful, not you ordinary go down the line. Food was displayed on multiple levels with fantastic decor. I would hire her anytime if I had an event. I would think her weddings would be beyond spectacular!

I worked alongside Jelena of JBK Weddings & Events at a recent wedding. Because of her efforts, the wedding was impeccably smooth. She sewed a bridesmaids dress, fixed a broken cake, did all of the flower arrangements, setup all of the decor, all while making sure every guest enjoyed themselves. As a photographer, I can say that Jelena is a true GEM. Any couple and any vendor would be lucky to have her as the event planner/florist.

Jelena did a superb job coordinating and creating the look and feel for our wedding. We got married in January and she really came through with a warm and festive feel for the reception. Not only that, but when our original cake person fell through at practically the last minute, Jelena "whipped up" a stunning cake. I would recommend her to anyone if you want a gorgeous, one-in-a-lifetime wedding.

Jelena helped us in so many ways its hard to imagine the wedding going smooth without her. Creative, timely, hard working, quick on her feet when something unexpected happens. We had last minute issues with the dress and she was able to fix it on the spot. Basically, she took care of all the stress and we were actually able to enjoy our own wedding.

Jelena is absolutely amazing. She set up exactly how I wanted, she syitxhes my sisters dress which wad a size too big, fixed my cake which tipped overnight, my family all said how nice she was. I could go on and on nothing but great things. She also did my flowers and they were stunning!

Jelena helped my husband and I plan out 350 guest wedding. She helped out with everything from planning, to flowers, to decorating. She has a good eye for making your day one of a kind. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a fairytale wedding.

I attended a 70th birthday party that Jelena planned. Everything was picture perfect from food to decorations, and she was a dream. So professional, well organized, calm, supportive and fun.
